Fish Cutlet | ഫിഷ് കട്ലറ്റ്
All time favorite snack made using fish and mashed potato!
Best served with tomato Ketchup.

Ingredients:
Fish 500 g
Potato 250 g -400 g
Salt 3/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 4-5
Curry leaves few
Ginger 3 tsp
Garlic 5 tsp
Green chilli 4
Onion 2 big (250 g)
Salt 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder 1/8 tsp
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Eggs 2

Dear, I watch all ur videos n greatly appreciate ur cooking talent. I too do the same with tinned tuna which is easily available in UAE. Dear sister, pls can u show volgs introducing ur fly {provided they r comfortable ] ur home, n ur activities in short I meant briefing urself, also pls do a day in my life volg n ur home/ apartment tour n where u reside etc.... Watching ur recipes developed a close intimation so thought to ask u to show more of ur life n activity......I have heard from ur sister in a very old video that ur hospitality is great n you are like ur Mom.... My mom is the same so felt at home or someone as a part of our fly when watching ur videos... if u don't mind pls pls include such vlogs.....We r orginally from kottayam but settled in kochi n now residing in UAE......May God bless u n ur fly....
