What an epic setting! Loved the outdoor kitchen and the ice water running through Bart's veins. I would have been bundled up just like DJBBQ!

Easily one of the best trips I've been on. We nailed 2 out of 3 bucket list things. Huskies and Ice fishing. The Northern Lights eluded us this time but as soon as we left, they had the best display in years. People in Liverpool, England could see em. DANG!

Great that Bart gets this kind of recognition for his work, his English may not be perfect, but his seafood cooking skills are very sophisticated. Keep up the good work Foodtube!

His English is better than my Dutch so I appreciate the man working with me in my native language.

Best video EVER. I've actually lived in Finland for an year and one of my best trips was to Lapland. And i had the opportunity to eat this exactly same delicious soup cooked by the sami people. I can't begin to describe the good and positive memories this video brings back to me. Thanks! Or should I say: Kiitos!

roasting the onions before putting it in the broth/stew/soup on your stove or the grill in your case, can give the dish an incredible taste, works with any soup you put onions into grandma's old trick, works, tried and true

Another great food experience, not sure I,d want to be walking on that lake no matter how frozen it was, how do you know someone hasn't dug a hole and not marked it.
@TheMcgreary9 жыл бұрын
assuming there hasn't been too much snow recently, and you're aware of how you're walking, you'd notice a hole in the ice

Thanks again Gary! The lake was completely safe... Now on the road to the Maldives for some new tuna vids coming up soon!
