I don't have the Fisher cube. But I do have a Windmill cube that is similar. It is basically just a fisher cube with so e edges and corners banded

Thank you so much! I was really struggling with the fisher cube, even though I know 3x3, but with the help of this video, I managed to solve it!

Can you get that last move easier to see
@Robert-we5tj16 күн бұрын
I can get the fisher cube all the way to the end with a different method but two of the top corners are pointing right(red and blue face for example)and yellow face is facing me. Then how I learned is R' D' R D until corner is solved then rotate top layer only over and do alg again(only works when red and blue for example are facing me and yellow face facing to the right)but with those two corners flipped it doesn't work. How do I fix this? It drives me crazy. I looked for your algs in the description but I don't see them. I hope this makes sense. I wish I could insert the picture here
@SpeedCubeReview14 күн бұрын
Remember that those are now edges on a fisher cube. The "corners" only have two colors on the top face (and one color around the sides)
@matildastarck605 Жыл бұрын
Hi, I have a question. What happens if you have a flipped edge, but you don't know which one is flipped?
@SpeedCubeReview Жыл бұрын
You can flip any second layer edge, just pick a random one. You can either just take it out and reinsert it or there is an alg that one could learn.

You could also inserts the blue corner with R U R'
@metarunnermariokart7 ай бұрын
Hello, I watched this video for help with solving the Fisher Cube but there is a problem with inserting the middle layer corners. The algorithm I use for those (R' U' R' U' R' U R U R) misorients the centers again because the number of right face turns are not balanced (3 R' turns and 2 R turns which ends up rotating the center 90 degrees). I don't know if I'm using a bad algorithm but I can't follow the tutorial any further than that point.
@SpeedCubeReview7 ай бұрын
You certainly can. At the end of the video I go over how to fix centers. Just continue as you do and then fix the centers at the end.

An easier edge flipping algorithm is (R U2 Ri U) (R U2 Ri U) then (Fi Ui F) to slot in back the pieces

Are you able to do OLL with a regular 3x3? You may want to just do edges and then corners instead of a full OLL.
@TheCr4ckheed Жыл бұрын
This video was of no help to me. I don’t know how to solve a normal Rubik’s cube but I want to know ow how to solve this cube. It says “beginner method” but you have to know a lot of background knowledge to solve it. Another problem I had is that when I was in the last layer I don’t know if I had incorrect flipped edges because the video didn’t show how to know if you have some.
@SpeedCubeReview Жыл бұрын
You should certainly learn how to solve a regular cube first. That video is here kzbin.info/www/bejne/m3epc2ObZ9N0eM0 Then you can just transfer that knowledge onto this cube as edges and corners are swapped.
