Nothing determines when I fish more than water temperature. Spring cold water =outgoing, summer warm water= in coming.

My biggest bass have been during the lowest tides. Just got to change your approach during those tides and depending on what time of year it is. Good video.

I have caught my biggest bass at dead low tide on a live eel, in Gloucester. 48 inch, don't now the weight I let it go. that was back in 1990, I know someone that caught a 64 pound striper at the cut bridge , last hour of outgoing tide , Live eel. back then . I have been fishing cape Ann for over 45 years..

Nice vid, great subject! Given my work hours, i’m forced to deal with whatever is happening when I get the chance to fish. Whatever tide, i’ll make adjustments to where I fish and make the best of it.
