That spot there between the bridge and the lock has always been a good spot for "eaters". I've never caught anything very big in that spot. But, I have on the other side of the river. Thanks for the video and for sharing.

On those culverts,,, do the ditches or stream have to be connected to a river,lake ect. ? Or does it matter. I always went in the river system during daylight hours and not to productive from the bank.

All the culverts I catch bait at are connected to the river system or the lake it’s usually just places where it passes under a road or something but yes, they’re all connected to big body of water
