The tigerfish are actually the best fish to catch for money and XP! Only the goliaths though. Theres a really perfect spot I fish on with my boat near the waterfall that has loads of them that give up to 30,000 dollars and around 20,000 XP per fish!

Been think of getting the DLC just so I can do some serious leveling just on the Goliaths as well as getting some serious in-game cash!

I got a unique Goliath tiger fish 106.143lbs and 41k xp was using barbless hook so got extra

They are the toughest fish to bring in next to the Bull Sharks!

@@HawkeyeM yesir I was fishing for Nile perch too caught 404lbs and bull shark was 414lb and didn’t fight nearly as much as the Nile perch lol

if you use some baitcoins you can buy the 95 pound titanium leader and then put it on the tropicana rod and you can set the drag to max you can also do this with the equador bobber rod

It's pricey, but It gained me a tons of XP, money, and several levels!

TOP TIPS, Do not purchase this DLC until level 68! I did at 63 :( Because you can not get a big enough keepnet until 70, sell everything in the DLC, Keepnet/Rods/Reel/Lines! If you listened to my advice at level 68 you will understand you can buy everything else you need with in-game money, as you will NOT be able to keepnet Unique Perch anyway. So now you have over 600 bitcoins from selling everything. OF COURSE NOT THE BOAT! So now you have 630 Bitcoins, so what to buy, what to buy? Well for 190 bitcoins you can get the hat, headgear, and catapult for the ground bait. Now if like me you have won all those baseball caps that were useless (No headgear!) Well, now you can use them. And pardon the pun, but to cap it all you can sell the miners helmet you get at the start for 30 bitcoins and the baseball cap if you so chose for 3 bitcoins. Again pardon the pun, but to cap it off you can sell all the other caps you do not want for 20 bitcoins each, thus getting the magic lamp for under 100 bitcoins. So that is what I have learned about the DLC so far. Closing thoughts, DO NOT USE BOTTOM RODS WHILST SPINNING ON BOAT! And float rods will not indicate a bit if you use them on the boat. If bottom fishing. 1 engage anchor, 2 cast your rods, 3 sit in the cabin, 4 when bell rings disengage anchor and select rod to strike! This above anything else is what is good about the boat you can use two bottom rods and remain at anchor until you get a bite. I should make a video, but I am far too busy grinding to at least 75 before my 30 days are up and then I can go to the Congo anyway. Developers allow trolling with rods in situ please, pretty please with sugar on top.
