RG I’ve noticed you hold your pointin fanger on your right hand on the shaft of the pole. My Dad taught me to do that to help feel the bite. That would be a good tip to mention in your videos. Thanks for spreading your knowledge bud.

Catch-and-release hell I wouldn't release my dinner. I'm a retired commercial fisherman I did that for 25 years I was a grass crimper in the SF South Bay before harvesting bait to supply bait shops all around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Great video Richard! Been REAL slow fishing up here in MD the past week or two. We get these cold nights in the low 30's and then it'll warm up to 60 or so during the day. Almost like the fish don't know what to do! So to get a little tug on the line I drop down a cut bait and catch myself some catfish! Nothing wrong with a big catfish, they pull and pull!
