What's up with the regs on needing to keep the fins attached to the fillets? I'm not from Canada but I assume it's to make sure that if the fillets are inspected by fish and wildlife people, they can identify them and they aren't just random white fleshed skinless fillets that could be ling, sturgeon or whatever else, right? Just to identify them?
