Okay, let's add to the list. Rope. Everyone needs rope. They have all sizes of bungee cords. One of the best things I bought was a solar battery charger. You don't always have an electrical source to charge up a battery on the road. Zip ties of every size. Tool kits, if you don't have one, get one for the boat. If, fo some reason you need one, plenty of tarp. Tarp and fishing - well, bank fishing in the sun can get hot, buy that ope and tarp and with the help of two trees, you got shade. Or something to sit on other than the ground.

A couple of years ago I bought a set of those jumper cables. The clamps are barely copper plated steel and they started to rust in my service van. If I was going to put them on my boat, I think I'd douse them with some anti corrosive spray and stick them in a ziplock bag or something. Better would be to just wire a cable from one battery to the other with a battery switch in between. At the end of the video, you asked about the welders. I bought a Titanium multiprocess welder from HF about a year ago and it has worked just fine for the things I've done with it. I've only used the mig function so far (need to learn tig). When I bought it I was a little concerned about the short duty cycle (I think it's 10 or 20%) being a problem but, so far, no issues. I want to do some tig but I just haven't had the time to get after it and practice. It seems like I come up with a little project that would be good to tig, go out in the garage, say F it, and pick up the mig gun because I know I can knock the project out.

From what ive seen and heard Titanium welders from HF are actually pretty good for the money. I seen a review video where they tested a bunch of stick welders and the titanium was a top contender in the fact that its power wasn't a lie, it actually over performed a little bit but there was a lot of the cheap brands that said ya we can do 130 amps but then only put out about 70. I have a friend who has a titanium mig and he uses it with the gasless wire and says it does great. Ive been considering a Titanium or a Vulcan myself.. I just recommend buying a bunch of replacment parts now because any of the horror stories ive heard about HF is when they stop carrying something it becomes impossible to get parts for some things.

It’s compact and more than powerful enough to jump the boat or vehicle battery. ~The HF Viking compact 4amp automatic batter charger goes on every overnight trip to charge battery #3. The built-in boat charger only charges 2 batteries. I took the cover off the charger and silicone sealed all the edges of the cover and any possible openings to make it waterproof. ~I bought a bunch of the waterproof clear tackle boxes on sale but am not totally pleased. There is a gap between the top of the internal dividers and the cover which allows small items, like hooks, sinkers and some baits, to shift between sections.

Have you bought sinkers lately. I just buy a 133 piece HF socket set. I find a 1/4" or 6mm is great for corks. 7/16 is good for pond fishing on bottom. 3/4 and a 10mm holds my line great. But in the river I use 11/16 and 18mm.. unless it's up, then I use the Ratchet. The 1/2 one. That gives me another reason to yell at my son like my old man did to me.... "I said the Ratchet! Give me the damn Ratchet!!!!
