Hi doctor, i have complex fistula and at the movement i have 2 fistula opened, history i had chrons with fistula but recent colonoscopy indicates no chrons. MRI done its show 2 fistula opened and few more new branches is on the way. Please advise what is the treatment for this. I took lot of dose of Infliximab previously, last dose was on 10jun2021. Better yhi rehta hai ki jo laser as well as ksharsutra jante ho unhi doctor se consultation krna chahiye. Jo ksharsutra and laser jante hai vhi isko ache se treat krte hai. Laser se spinchter cut ho skte hai . And laser se hmesha ache result aayenge hibaisa nhi hai. It worse than having fistula. So aap jinhe ksharsutra krna ho vo doctors ki degree dekhe. Bams . बहोत धन्यवाद सर मेरी वाइफ जिसकी उम्र ४२ ईयर है उसको फिशर का प्रोब्लम था एक महीने पहले उसका ऑपरेशन करवाया है इस ऐक महीने के दौरान थोड़ा दर्द होता था लेकिन एक हफ़्ते पहले उसको बहोत दर्द हूवा तो हम ने डॉक्टर को दिखाया तो उसने बताया कि फिसुला बन रहा है उसके लिए ऐक ऑपरेशन करना पड़ेगा तो कया दवाई से ठीक नही हो पायेगा ? उसको अभी पस है और मलद्वार से चिप छिपा पानी आ रहा है और दर्द भी हो रहा है में बाहोत परेशान हु कृपया मेरी सहायता कीजिए
