Hey everyone! In this workout we hit the upper and lower body as well as the core. The main focus is on the glutes. We spend a lot of time on the the hands in a tabletop/plank position- if you have wrist discomfort at any time, please COME TO THE FOREARMS if that is an option during the exercise 😀❤️

I thought I was in shape until I took your class! Worked up sweat in a short amount of time. I had to use a bock and go down to elbows at time because of my weak wrists.😅

Good workout but WAY TOO MUCH weight on wrists. Needs modifications for anyone who has even mildly sensitive wrists.

Most every exercise in this workout can be performed on the forearms as an option! It will take out the wrist discomfort all together. I believe I said that, but could be wrong. Keep up the great work ❤️🙌

For the moves before donkey kicks, I felt it in opposite hip, is that normal?

On the side plank leg lifts you want to keep the opposing hip as still as possible. You will feel it in that bottom oblique, yes. If you still feel it in the opposing hip, I would try lengthening that leg out (the one with the knee on the ground) more until your in line with a traditional side plank instead of hip in line with knee. Possibly. As long as you are able to engage your TVA and don’t experience any signs of pelvic floor and/or core intolerance. I think there was too much focus on glutes, not much of a “total body” work out. Although we did work all the muscles I had to quit on the glute work.

I wish there was no background music. If I mute it I don't get the instruction of course, but the music is such a turn of! It makes the workout even harder :(
