my favorite part of the workouts are the stretches at the end , i feel so proud of myself while doing those because it means i completed the workout! and they feel so good adjhdfljdf this was a tough one so i felt extra extra proud today😭

does anyone have any tips on how to improve on the roll up? i can’t get myself up without relying on my elbows to help prop myself up. it hasn’t gotten easier since week one

roll up can be tricky! honestly the biggest factor that goes into roll up typically isn't even core strength, it's the anatomy of the spine! certain lower spine curvatures make it more difficult to roll all the way up through the spine - completely genetic and not related to strength💛 the key strength element though is the act of tucking the hips under as you roll up - to start, practice the first half of the roll up only, lifting the upper body and arms to a crunch and then moving in and out of a pelvic tilt. this will get your body in the habit of pressing down through the back which will eventually give you the momentum to roll up through the spine! hope this helps💛
