I do intermittent fasting overnight allowing about 12 to 14 hours between early dinner and breakfast. My question is if I can do my work out early in the morning only after hydration and green tea (no food). Is this a good habit or should I have some food in my system before I work out after 12 to 14 hours of no food? Should I take some CAA complements with water only to help the muscles? Thanks!
@Fitfatherproject2 жыл бұрын
Hey Ricardo, thanks for writing in and great question! This is absolutely a good time to exercise as you can burn a higher percentage of calories from stored fat this way. Ideally, you would work out right before your first meal so you can burn the most and absorb your nutrition the best. -The FFP Team

@@Fitfatherproject How does one absorb nutrition on an empty stomach. I usually have a smoothie and then hike. I'm never hungry in the morning but thought I should drink the smoothie for energy for my hike. Thank you. Great show. Out with the stevia! What about Allulose or Monk?

I play video games a lot and thus sit down for prolonged time. Seeing this as a concern gives me some confidence because hope to lose some weight, as it said it messes up my metabolism. Thanks for the useful information.
@dillbill71528 ай бұрын
Go for a long walk at least once per day. Trust me you'll feel way better and enjoy your games more afterwords. Try intermittent fasting and eat whole foods maybe 2 BIG to moderate meals per day and a small snack. I lost 35 lbs doing this in a couple months. Then I graduated to running, push ups, situps, squats. Now I'm gonna eat more and beef up at the gym. Health is addictive. Don't forget omega 3, I theanine, and I tryosine! L tyrosine may not be good for you if you're slow COMT but I need it with the warrior gene.

What is considered once in a while? Is eating bad monthly or biweekly once in a while??
@Fitfatherproject Жыл бұрын
Hey Clearly, thanks for writing in and great question! We actually recommend for our members to allow a Free Meal once every 7-10 days, as long as they were disciplined and on schedule throughout the rest of the time. Closer to 7 days if you have less weight to lose, closer to 10 if more. And remember, it's "Free" and not "Cheat" because you are scheduling it in and building control.💪 -The FFP Team

Is kombucha a healthy alternative?
@Fitfatherproject8 ай бұрын
Hey Nick, thanks for writing in! Kombucha can be a very solid beverage, as long as it's not spiked with a ton of sugar. You can learn more about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/moKoha1vqqyNf9k Best of luck brother! -The FFP Team

Is pre workout bad for you?
@Fitfatherproject8 ай бұрын
Hey thanks for writing in and great question! We wouldn't say they're bad, just that a lot are a waste of money that have ineffective ingredients and/or use harmful sugar or artificial sugar to enhance taste. It's really only the caffeine that works so well in these products so if looking for a more all-natural option, check out our BurnRX product here: store.fitfatherproject.com/collections/supplement-collection Best of luck! -The FFP Team

I have a question about tipp 8. How can it be that the second world war generation have sutch a high age? They have mire stress then everybody that lives today? No?
@Fitfatherproject2 жыл бұрын
Hey Griver, thanks for writing in and great question! There are lots of factors that play into life expectancy. There is also a difference between acute and chronic stress as many of us struggle with more chronic stress these days due to many environmental factors. Also the more "convenient" advancements that are thrown at us can also cause a disruption to a true healthy lifestyle but the key points we lay out all remain. Great observation! -The FFP Team

I had to stop the video at "cercadian biology "? This whole snacking topic confused me as I've read from non other then Mens Health about healthy snacking mid morning and mid afternoon...now you're saying don't because it doesn't work for "most people"? This is why people stop trying, constant conflcting info..sorry but it's true!😔
@Fitfatherproject2 жыл бұрын
Hi my friend, depends on your goal and type of snack 👍
@giggityeffyou10 ай бұрын
If you’re a grown ass man, just don’t snack on junk for a few weeks and you’ll be over it. You won’t need to do it anymore. It’s not that difficult. Find healthier snacks like fruit, nuts, yogurt, etc.
