Thank you for the recipes! Great macros. I make one using Greek Yogurt, the low calorie almond milk, 1/2 C Frozen blueberries, 1 scoop Lemon Collagen Peptides and the same sweetener you use! I don't shake mine but use a stick blender. Freeze and after the waiting game have a great Blueberry-Lemon Frozen Yogurt for about 240 cals with lots of protein and low carbs.

Yes you can do it in a blender add the mix to a ice tray and wait the 24 hrs then mix it all into a blender but don't add liquid or it'll turn not so ice creamy just let it mix and scrape the sides add mix ins and it'll work depending it'll be a lil towards frozen yogurt but it does the trick, I do this for all ninja creami recipes

@@FitFoodAE I also just mixed one up using your chocolate recipe with PEScience peanut butter cup with an additional 12g PB2. I also add 1/4 tsp Xanthan gum. I mix everything with my frother and then my immersion blender. Everything gets blended really well and it gets a bit thicker.

If we look for healthy alternatives, I don’t recommend the budding mix, there is artificial colours and other ingredients we would like to avoid, I would use xanthum gum instead

You can process on Gelato instead of Light Ice Cream to get a denser texture. Light Ice Cream setting works a lot of air into the mixture.

It can tend to look a little 'dry' after processing and you may be tempted to re-spin (which pumps more air into the mix), but press the mixture with your spoon and you may find that it's perfectly creamy, but denser, and doesn't require adding any more liquid or re-spinning.

I don't know how I stumbled into this. I'm a guy that was just looking up generic protein stuff and trying to eat better and you girls have this secret club of making sweets that are far healthier than other sweets. lol. I'm going to have to try this. I currently just eat a low fat yogurt to try and stop me from eating regular ice cream. It kind of works, but it definitely doesn't hit the spot. @@FitFoodAE just started using the Cuisinart Ice 21. Eh, it's ok I guess. More right now I only use the milk, fair life, and chocolate protein powder and it's plenty sweet. I used a very small amount of fat free pudding and a little bit of sweetener and it was way too much. If I was big into this stuff, I would pass on the Cuisinart. Plus the mixer can "bind up" due to the design.

There’s some protein powders that are unflavored, a bit more pricey but you get to customize everything about your icecream that way. I know I also have this issue and I’ve found the iso100, or whatever it’s called, generally prevents those issues for me. Definitely has some in it, but not as much as other brands.

Yes the almond milk is just used as a filler to lower calories but you can definitely just go full fairlife(will mean more calories but better flavor) or oatmilk.

Zanthum Gum can be purchased in the grocery store (if in the USA but it might be the same in other countries as well) in the baking aisle. I got mine at Walmart. I think it’s usually near bread baking supplies like flour and yeast. But it’s also in health food stores. 😊

Theres no way im spending 200 euros for this, but I wish I had one because I would be thrilled to make these.. but its just too much money for something like this :( Ill stick to my yogurt bowls and smoothie bowls for my ice cream cravings haha
