Solid video. As someone maintaining a 300 pound weight loss and been meal prepping 14 years now, what you did here is very much what I do. At this point in my life I'm about at your level of sophistication as far as thought process and execution. I doubt many people are at our level of dedication...I think short-sightedness and the notion that this will be "easy" or effortless contributes to burn-out! This process has to become a way of living, a commitment.

I don’t meal prep. crazy to do for my family size. Since we eat in one day what others eat in a week. I haven’t ever got up the nerve to try making enough food for a week for us in one sitting. Though if you try for a family of 7, let me know because I would love to see it done. Also vegan so I wouldn’t use this meal plan anyway, but I am highly impressed with this plan!!! I found you through your vegan meal plan and had turned this one on before realizing it wasn’t vegan. Then I figured maybe it was veganizable. Which the chili is, not much else is. I seldom see a meal plan featuring meat with this much veggies!!! Wow!! It’s amazing and beautiful!! I might send this one to my brother, I think he would appreciate these recipes!! Thanks for sharing and for having such a great meal plan!!

If you are able to, try to set aside a few dollars each week to do a bulk shop or take advantage of sales on things that you use most frequently. When I started looking at my budget for groceries as a monthly whole instead of as a weekly one it changed my shopping habits slightly and enabled me to take advantage of more sales. This resulted in my eating healthier more frequently. And for significantly less money.
