Thank you thank you for having this segment. How do we get a hold of this doctor because my wife and I have been recently both diagnosed with very very low deficient vitamin E Gamma. However, the rest of our vitamin e levels were normal. Our question is is because we don’t have gallbladders is that a contributor why were deficient in vitamin E gamma? And my other question is since you have access to the world renowned vitamin E specialist we are we started supplementing the Puritans pride, natural vitamin E 400 mg 1 mg of the mixed how long do you think it will take for those levels to increase after supplementation thank you, thank you thank you

Hi. Would like to know do you have any underlying health conditions before started taking tocotrienols? I have type 2 diabetes and recently encounter heart issues after my ECG test. I have only started taking tocotrienols last week 50mg once a day. I was thinking to increase to 200-300mg per day. I hope it really helps my heart issues

I would assume small dosage is fine long term since Dr Tan say for daily protection in this modern society stressed society is 100-200mg. Stay tuned for more research.

Since Vitamin E is fat as soluble and not water soluble... is it possible to overdose to toxic level ?
@FitMotherProject
@FitMotherProject Жыл бұрын
Hey Donny, thanks for writing in and great question! Although rare, it is possible to consume too much and achieve Vitamin E toxicity levels. The safe upper limit for most adults is 1,000mg/day so as long as you are staying under those levels, you should be in good shape. Thanks for watching! -The FMP Team

I was thinking to increase to 200-300mg per day. What is the ideal dosage for people like you? does it have any side effects or toxic to the body? My doctor wasn't able to give me any advice on this Thanks

Majority of illnesses are related to fats in our cells. Unlike other antioxidants, Vit E tocotrienol is the only antioxidant that is found 90% on cell walls and protects it from oxidation/inflammation.

Hey Allan, you can boil the seeds and bring to a simmer if choosing to consume them this way. I would recommend steeping for around 3min as anything more may produce a more bitter taste. -The FMP Team

gg stands for Gernanyl geraniol. It's a basic building block of life itself. It's used to build VoQ10, k2-mk4, skeleton muscle. It is also neuroprotective. It prevents all cell walls from NOS (nitric oxidative stress), resulting from autoimmune and chronic inflammation.
