Excellent video. The should work is fantastic. I really like how you explained positioning for the lateral raise - most often I just don't feel like I'm doing much - not next time!

Oooo is this a glimmer of old school muscle for women in development? I’m so excited and I volunteer to be a beta tester if this is coming soon … really hope to continue to learn about progressive strength training with Dr A!

Hi Pollie! The phase 4 of our program is similar to FF old school muscle, please email support if you want to adapt your program further 🙏

What if you don't have access to the equipment for the external rotation. Is there an alternative? thank you.

Hey Joanne, thanks for writing in and great question! You can simply use something that provides external resistance (i.e. soup cans or bottled water) instead. While it doesn't provide the constant tension, it's still enough to reap similar benefits overall. Best of luck and let us know if you try it! -The FMP Team

I have shoulder issues. On my right side. It's hard to do these exercises. Do you have an alternative? Well actually, I could go lite. I'm gonna give it a try. If it hurts I won't do it. Thanks!

Yes try light weights and see how it goes 🙏

My opinion is that one’s shoulders can truly “make or break” a look of symmetry. We’ll developed shoulders are more flattering to both men’s and women’s physique because the waistline looks smaller 😊
