1. Chin ups 2. Lateral up right rows 3. Dumbbells bench press 4. Dips 5. Seated Dumbbells press up 6. Standing easy bar upright curl mixed with hammer curl 7. Tricep curl

Hey Lisa, thanks for writing in and great question! You can swap out the dips for push-ups instead. Both target similar muscle groups (chest, triceps, and shoulders) all without equipment. Check out this tutorial for more: pulse.ly/mnpgeqzciw -The FMP Team

Hey Tiah, thanks for writing in! If you have bands, doing Pull-Downs, placing them in a doorway is a great way to mimic chin-ups. While you lose some core activation, you work similar muscle groups. Otherwise, purchasing a doorframe chin-up/pull-up bar is a great way to invest in yourself! -The FMP Team

Thanks for a great timely video! Today is chest/back day. Another great upper body/back exercise I recently started doing are sled pulls with my arms are pulled back so I'm engaging the mid-back and rhomboids. I've noticed improved tone and posture. Working the posterior chain in general, has improved my back issues. For biceps/triceps, I love 21s, changing hand position, it really hits the triceps.

Thank you I love everything you showed us. The only thing is there’s no way and I’ve tried over and over to do chin ups and try to pull my heavy body up even with those cheater bands I have every color I have thick, thick ones for very very very beginners, and it goes on up on the bands, and I can’t even do one. I’ve been trying this on and off for months I think the only way I’d be able to do my chin bands as if I lose weight. Most of my equipment is from Rogue.

Question. My Left shoulder has been very sore while lifting. I have backed way off but my question is should I do nothing, really light weight on that side. Light weight on both sides? I’m so afraid I’m going to loose everything Ihave gained. I lift heavy 1/wk.@6 reps x3 the other 2 days are a normal weight @ 10-12 reps x3

We're sorry to hear about the shoulder! It's tough to say as it depends on the severity of your injury. Usually in MOST cases, using pain as your guiding factor is a great tool. In order to do these exercises you have to somewhat already be fit, good core muscles are needed here.

Chin ups? Unless someone has a very strong upper body those are not possible. Probably same for those dips
