Could you do a video about mainating a proper eating schedule while working night shift? I was gaining weight pretty steadily, and then lost 5 pounds in two weeks when I started working night shift again. I only weigh 100 lbs.

Such a fast loss of weight suggests that it was merely water weight and loss of glycogen, presumably from consuming fewer carbs (carbs hold on to water). In that situation, it should be no problem to regain that weight, but to answer your question, yes, I will add that to my list of video topics! Thanks for the suggestion!
