I lived for this show .. was a teen dying to be just like them.. I would record the show then write out the routine and dish out the choreography to my class .. good times 🕺🏾

I used to try to work out to this show before the school bus would come in junior high school. Of course it always came on time and I wouldn't have any time to do anything. Absolutely loved this show. I wonder where they are now.

IIRC Jeff Vandiver was a world aerobic champ. 1990 I think.

Absolutely loved this show. Still have the tapes to this day that I video'd. Loved all the guys, but Pepper with his great dance moves and energy kept me moving. Tried to emulate his moves with no success.

I'll have to try these. I lived in Northern Italy at the time and we didn't get ESPN. Only CNN International and AFN (mostly military propaganda). Would have been neat to see Joey Greco before he hosted Cheaters. Back when he was allowed to smile.
