Suitcase carry and single arm suitcase deadlift definitely made my back better. Coming from 4 herniated disc's and spinal stenosis.

I am in a similar situation, 2 herniated discs and stenosis. It feels like I am so far away from holding a weight and am terrified of flaring my back up but I guess I need to get to the gym sooner or later

My back pain won’t go away and suddenly started coming back. It’s more of a localised stabbing when I move my pelvis in a certain way. Limited flexion and guarding there. Been doing McGill 3 for a few weeks still no progress
