I rarely commented on videos but I wanted to let you guys know that I've struggled with an eating disorder which I starved myself and worked out way to much. I finally got help a few years ago and was always to scared to try again to gain muscle. But than I find you guys. You have gotten me to start slow and not feel bad for only doing 10 to 15 mins a day. You have built my confidence in myself and I havent been over doing it. So thank you very much for giving me some happiness back.

This is a great video, thank you Kelli and Daniel! Something I have a problem with since I've worked a desk job for so many years - very stiff hips, which leads to difficulties getting into a deep squat. I know the deeper the squat, the better the glute development but my hips prevent me from getting below parallel. I stretch my hip flexors every day, but I haven't had a lot of luck with my squats. If this is a common problem, maybe sometime you could do a stretching video to help with this? Thank you for all you do - I was able to lose all my baby weight within 6 months of giving birth thanks to your HIIT and strength training videos, plus the FB Booty plan. I really appreciate you both!

@annabigoszewska22219 жыл бұрын
+BeingUnseen Nope. I mix and match like this all the time for better results ;) FB also do that in their 4 and 8-week programs. If you're not sure about what things to mix and match then I would recommend getting their program. I did and I am so much better for it! I mean I have been working out for some time now yet good advice from experts goes a long way. And the programs are really cheap and you see results very quickly! :)

imagine a small leprechaun playing a violin on your belly button, he's actually about 3 or 4 feet tall. look into his eyes, bring your head towards him like you might go for a kiss but he denies you so you go back. your shoulder blade only needs to come off the floor just barely!!!! check out my how to eat egg shells on my channel your hands should not pull your neck at all, remember the neck is part of the spine it should be straight

Look at the ceiling and keep your chin up relaxing your neck muscles, You’re lifting your upper body with your Abs not your neck, Just think like that.
@garreth3216 жыл бұрын
sanabbaqai112 You might be only engaging with your neck. You should primarily only focus on your abs and obliques with those crunches. It’s also better when you do some pulls or crunches, don’t look in all directions keep your head stationary and move with your body as you crunch and when doing bows, always look down to avoid straining your neck

Back bow pulls and swimmers are mean to work your butt, thighs, and mostly, your lower back. Most people forget that to work your entire core, you need to work your abs, obliques, and your back. On back bow pulls try to bend upward as much as you can and then try to get a little extra as you pull the arms in.

You're welcome. Glad I could help.

i may be totally off here, but maybe you don't have enough carbohydrate intake so your body resorts to your protein stores for energy (thereby producing protein breakdown byproducts ie. uric acid)? ANYONE PLEASE VERIFY THIS! thank you :D

Hey, Kelli and Daniel! First let me say you guys are AMAZING. Your workouts are the only ones I've ever stuck with longer than one week, and you've helped me become a lot healthier than I used to be. But I have a question about strength training. My dance teacher in school always says to suck my stomach in when doing ab workouts because if I don't then the muscle will develop outwards. I was wondering if what she's saying has any basis or if she's just saying that because that's a myth. Thanks in advance - love you guys!!
