This was my first workout after being cleared to start working out after birth. Gotta say the first time wasn't easy despite being only 10 mins and beginner friendly because I did nothing but pregnancy yoga all pregnancy but I have to admit that it works really good because the second time I was able to the whole workout without alterations and much problem (first time around I did alterations to lower difficulty for lower abs and could barely do a proper sit up). :)

I like this quick workout it hits the areas for me and I really like the split screen a lot better instead of having your lead right in front w/your modifier off to the side for me visually this is better because both are right up front and I can choose which I want or go back and forth depending on what I need for that day. All in all It gave me a good quick workout that felt challenging! I like the timer keeps me in check so once I have the exercise down I can continue on w/them listening for it but not staring at them the whole time. 😊
