When I started fitness blender, about 8 months ago, I started doing this one. And when I was at 10 minutes I was dying, now, I can do this exercise clearly and not tired at all. I think my body is better now. I am not a fit person, but exercising makes me much happier because I feel strong and powerful. I recommend this channel to everone I know. Thanks from Brazil.

I'm not a person that comments everything on KZbin, but.. this workout is per-fect! I'm a 16yo girl and I never was very slim, or very fat, just something in the middle. But I didn't like my body. I was really ashamed to wear something that was tight, or some kind of a swimsuit. I was working out about two years ago, but I got sick, some kind of lung problems, and I couldn't do any excercises for about half a year. I started doing this workout a week ago, and also I've eliminated sugary things from my diet. I started drinking more water and green tea, and also I'm eating very clean now. And I see a difference. My thighs are slimmer. My arms are more toned and stronger. My stomach is also getting flatter and flatter. Thank you, and I'm sure that I will continue the journey with your workouts. Love ya and greetings from Poland! x And to all the comment-readers - don't lose your motivation and stay strong

I have PCOS and when I hit puberty, my weight started to skyrocket. I've never been into working out or anything like that but at the same time, I don't stuff my face and sit around all day. Thanks to my condition, I'm obese at 19 and I've tried everything to lose it but nothing has worked. My doctors keep telling me I need to lose it but I just couldn't figure out how until now. For the past 6 days, I've been doing this workout everyday along with using an app to keep track of my calories. I lost 2 pounds already. Thank you so much FitnessBlender, this seems to be changing my life. ❤ ❤ ❤ Your workouts actually WORK. Nothing else I've tried does.

Honestly I’m 17 and obese I also don’t stuff my face but I’m also not an avid fitness person. I think it might be hormonal but I haven’t went to the doctor yet so I can’t be sure. I have extremely severe asthma that has left me incapable of running, jogging, riding a bike, or walking up 3 flights of stairs without having a near fatal attack. I have had it since birth and none of the things people have told me to do "to build up endurance" have ever done anything but almost kill me or lower my immune system to the point of contracting bronchitis and being laid up for weeks. It has been extremely discouraging and forced me to abandon the sports I used to play and all other attempts to get healthy. But the low impact workouts of here are working. Jumping has always knocked the wind right out of me and i can't do continuous cardio for more than 2 minutes. The interval training has actually given me a chance to move without almost ending up in an ambulance and I am so grateful. In about 2 and a half weeks I have lost 5 lbs and an inch off my waist and hips. I feel stronger and more coordinated. Other workouts hurt my lungs so bad that the next day breathing would actually cause me rib pain. Not these. I cannot describe the impact these videos are having on my life and I know this is long winded but I was just about to give up hope. So thank you. In a world very obsessed with fitness I felt completely surrounded by things I could never do. I didn't even know where to start. Once this semester ends I am hoping to buy the low impact one month workout program to do over the summer. I just wanted to let you know that your thoughtfulness for people with limited mobility is forever appreciated.

What I liked when I first read the title of this video is the NO JUMPING part....and the fact that it is for beginners. I gained a lot of weight with my kids and have since struggled to lose weight. Being Large chested, I absolutely HATE workouts that involve jumping jacks or whatever it may be because it actually hurts to do it because my boobs are going all over the place, even with 3 sports bras on. I love this workout, I'm on my 3rd day of doing this video and it definitely makes me sweat!

I've tried several workout videos on KZbin and I keep coming back to this one because it's perfect for me. I used to run a lot but can't anymore because of a knee injury and I was in need of some kind of workout video to get and stay in shape. Fortunately I found the Fitness Blender videos here and they're awesome. I like how they have so many different kinds of workout videos like cardio, low impact, toning, calorie burning, etc. And for different levels from beginner to advanced. Kelli is such a beautiful and fit inspiration and Daniel does a terrific job of narrating; his voice is clear and soothing and I like how encouraging he is. I'm always telling people who are looking for workout videos about Fitness Blender :-)

I have moved up from your guys' easier cardio videos to your HIIT workouts, and I love how much my body has changed. I have recently lost 37 pounds, and at 22, I've amazingly never felt better in my life! Keep up the awesome work guys, and Kelli, the shape you're in is inspirational! By the way, I would love if you guys would suggest what shorter workouts you have may pair well with others so I (we) can do maybe a couple in one day and get more of a variety.

As a very out-of-shape man who hasn't had a good workout in over 5 months and lives in a poorly-insulated apartment building, this workout is a lovely way to start reawakening alot of those muscles that haven't seen activity in a while. tbh...i'm a 16 year old girl, in the past year, i did an insanity workout, and it was amazing, but then i was looking at myself and thinking, "maybe it isn't working" so i stopped, and also people knew i was doing the insanity, and i was afraid that people would judge me and say "it didn't work on you" OR "compared to other people, you don't look like them or strong,or skinny as them" Know Today, i tried to do it again, and then i paused it, tried to do it my own style, and i just went down bawling to myself, that i wasn't good as much as i used to be before....my mom wasn't home (she was dropping off my sister at a friends house) but when she did get home, i tried to stop crying and tried act normal, and hide the tears,(i'm the type of girl, who doesn't show no pain, and no tears) but when she came up to me, she saw my tears rolling down my face, and she asked me whats wrong,i said, "i can't do it like i used to" ( I think this was the worst moment of my life) and I just started bawling, and so after i cried on her shoulder, she said, "Its ok, you will get there, i want you to have fun with this, and make it easy and then level it up bit each week" and you know what she showed me??? she went on KZbin, and showed me your guys KZbin videos...and she told me, when she was trying to work things out, and trying to workout again, she looked on KZbin and well she found you guys, and she said it really, really helped her,and when i did it the first time today, it was easy, and nothing like the insanity..and To Be Honest, i was glad about that, My mom inspired me to go onto these workout videos you guys do...there really great, not hard, and i'm planning to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week (that's what my moms been doing) This really helped me today, i feel like excersing can be easy and fun for me again, i just need to believe and taking it day by day and my dream is to be like my mom, you guys have inspired me and my mom...THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

I have Fibromyalgia, Costochondroitis, Allodynia basically chronic pain all over and chronic fatigue, this is day two Work Out Complete! Yesterday was shakey today a little better , firmer more balance , as I have done yoga and low impact exercises for sometime but this keeps me from loosing what i worked so hard to achieve which is improving my heart blood pressure and loosing weight. This is just the right amount of workout you need a day, exhausted now but you WILL have more energy later! Thank you!

i suffer from neurological anxiety but to put it simply i have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and I also have frequent panic attacks, I'm trying exercise and it makes me feel kind of better, I just like your post because I always feel a little less alone when someone else admits they deal with anxiety too

Thank you so much this. I'm overweight by a good few stone and working out in public ironically can feel like people are staring at the fat girl trying to loose weight, so I can do this in my own home and concentrate on getting the exercises right rather than feeling stupid. It left me mildly out of breath but I'm so proud I managed it all the way through :)

I’m a 57 year old curmudgeon who has lost 30 pounds in the last three months with the Keto diet. But, I was unable (afraid?) to do any aerobics because of my achy 😖 joints! THANK YOU for this helpful video! I was able to keep up with Kelly (for the most part) and, more importantly, I feel GREAT 👍🏾 after this workout! Maybe there’s hope for me yet! Again, thanks 🙏! And I’m looking forward to following along with more of your content.

a little recap of my first "real" workout in months (possibly a year or more, I try to forget..) -- I was reminded why I loved and still love your videos: a) concise information about what is going to happen without too much information (I tend to then dread an unloved exercise before it even starts), b) no over-the-top hyped speaking and/or annoying motivational pushing (I honestly don't have a preference for either of you narrating, both your voices are really nice to listen to), c) no background music!! (I listened to a mix of florence and the machine, earth, wind & fire, r. kelly :D), d) it goes quicker than you think, e) love your low impact videos, not for my joints, but our non-existent/horrendous impact sound insulation in the appartement. thanks guys!

Yay! A cardio workout I can actually do without stopping! Thanks for making an actual beginner's workout, also the no jumping is great when you live in an apartment! I used a HRM, so in case it helps anyone I'm a 196lb female, and doing this without extra pauses burned 267 calories :)

+Tara Lassiter Thats right, I lost almost 50 pounds and gained a lot of lean muscle with Fitnessblender in 2015 (195lbs to 148lbs). That wasnt even working out every month of the year (bout 4-ish months). So if I lost that much working out on n off throughout the year imagine what you can lose.

I'm a naturally thin person and am really good at core and other strength exercises. I decided that I needed to step it up and add in cardio even though it's something I hate with a passion. Being that I'm not in "cardio shape" this workout was challenging for me. I know this is an old video, but I appreciate there being beginner workouts. Everything else I've searched for has been HIIT and that is NOT beginner friendly. Gonna keep doing these beginner videos until they're no longer challenging and hope one day I can move up to HIIT routines!

Because Im a big guy im starting things a little slow due to obesity. Ive been searching for workouts that doesn't require a lot or extreme jumps and movements like i said im a big guy. So i found this perfect workout video that fits me at the moment. Ive been doing this video 3 times everyday. After i feel comfortable ill start doing jumping exercises and jugging. Im going to do this for a month and see if the results. Im so excited. Thank You.

Diet plays a gigantic role as well! Switch the white grains to brown, and just switch the sugar for fruit. The first month of changing your taste buds are the hardest, and after that you don't even want bad foods anymore. Make sure to drink plenty of water, the rule being half your weight in ounces if you want to lose weight. You can loss up to five pounds i n a matter of a week just by drinking water! Add some lemon/ fruits in there for extra boost. Hope I helped, good luck!!

this is amazing !!! i'm recovering from an eating disorder and in the last month and a half have adopted a clean healthy diet. i've began running in the last 3 weeks by following a plan and next saturday i'm going to complete my first 5k. my running plan calls for "low impact cardio" and i've been searching for a workout that suits and this one is incredible. it's hard enough that i feel challenged and stretched (great for my stiff legs i sometimes get after running) but reasonable enough that it's super well explained, and reminds me to breathe and stay controlled so i can still complete the workout and feel super satisfied. i can tell im gonna go through a lot of these in the future (:

Thanks so much for providing a free workout option for this busy mom. I had terrible sciatic pain as well on my left side. Best thing I did exercise wise was to go to my local indoor swimming pool to the warm water hydro pool and did some exercises as recommended by my doctor. The pool was great because it takes the weight off your body so you can do movement and exercise in the water without that pain from downward pressure on the lower back. I had a bulging disc pushing on the sciatic nerve. Good luck to you.

Some of these moves actually take practice for some of us so don't give up, if you stick with it you'll start to notice that you can do just a little bit more than the time before. If there's some that you really can't do then just step through those and join in on the ones that you can and before you know it you'll be doing it all. Exercise helps lift depression, don't give up.

Today I decided to work out again after 6 months of being a lazy butt. I have been feeling rather insecure about my looks, not to mention that energy wise, I feel like a 60 year old than a 22 year old. I scoured the internet looking for beginner guides and found that your video was truly beginner friendly. The workout went very well and I can feel some slight changes in my body. I was able to complete the workout without a problem, well except the push-ups haha but I really enjoyed your video and plan to continue using your channel to help change myself inside out!
