A full body workout with only/mostly weights, those are my absolute favorite. Also maybe something that would focus on inner/outer thighs :D And maybe a HIIT for abs? I can't wait to do this tomorrow!

LOVED this one. Having the HIIT alternate between the strength intervals made it so that I always felt re-energized each interval. The format really worked well for me. And it flew by so quick that I couldn't believe it was time for the cool down and stretch. Holllllla!

Hi Kelly and Daniel, thank you for everything you both do for this channel. I've been using your videos to workout for about 5 years now! I do your HIIT or strength workouts about 2-3 days a week and do a day of running whenever I can. I like to walk my dog in between my "hard" workout days. This routine, along with healthy eating 80% of the time has helped keep me in shape. I love the approach to fitness both of you try to encourage too!

I like how this workout uses muscles that I don't normally how with regular exercises (pushups, jogging, etc.), and the cardio involved. It really pointed out the weaknesses in my body that I can work on. Thank you!

The power of clean eating!!! Today I ate a good amount of veggies with meat (sorry, I can't avoid it, I love meat) and it's been a while since I last ate bread, lately I tried my best not to skip meals (breakfast specially), and been eating fish, green tea, adding chia seeds to my detox water, etc. I did this workout and felt fulled of energy all the way through! I'm half dead by the end of it lol, but I'm amazed on how my body kept going on the HIIT portion! Love you FB!

In this video I would have prefered different HIIT groups between the strength parts..was kinda disappointed when I had to do the same exercises again :D

I remember the first Time I did this, my legs were so sore during the workout specially with that Squat jack jumps. But now I feel the pain but I have more resistance, and that makes me feel so proud of my self. Thanks fitnessblender! Amazing workout!

Going through physio on the right shoulder at the moment so I had to reduce the weights for the ventral & pullover but everything else I dealt with reasonably well. Always love your reminders regarding breathing & form, keeps me from hurting myself:)

Although I'm not a fan of repeated dumbells upper body workout (2nd and 4th day of FB Strong week 3), but on reading the description that the HIIT in this is for lower body I got tempted to do this. Glad I did. I am so tired right now, burnt 300 calories in 40 minutes. Many thanks fitness blender.

Hadn't done this workout before, I only did 2 reps and enjoyed it. Maybe next time I'll do the 3. I did the weights on my gym ball as I don't have a bench. That's 2 successive workout days for me, I only like to do 3 or 4 a week. As usual, great workout and thanks for speaking through the routines, it does help. Cheers Dan.

Thank you for another great workout video! I really liked the HIIT + upper body strength structure. The only recommendation I will have is to change the HIIT exercises for each of the three rounds, will be more interesting that way. Great workout this way as well!
