This is my new favorite strength training routine! It felt like cardio all the way through because the difficult supersets back to back. I'm sweating bullets! I really loved that it felt like constant cardio even though there was no HIIT, just straight up strength training with weights. If you want to hit everything in one go: upper body, lower body and cardio, this routine is perfect! The only thing they could have possibly added was maybe a few ab specific moves, though a lot of these moves use your abs for stability so they're getting worked out a little bit the whole time.

I usually end up breathing hard like you do and not really because of the weights but because I have breathing problems in general. I try to ignore the fact that I'm wheezing because I want to get the workout done. Should I keep doing the workout anyway to see if it will help my breathing or should I stop all together?

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Day 54. Woot woot! I can’t believe I had the strength for this workout considering I slept only 4 hours. It was a different kind of challenge, didn’t feel a complete muscle burn like with isolated exercises, but was still hard and sweaty! Thanks for working out with me Kelli!

When I first started working out with you guys these total body exercises were a little hard for me. My lowerbody was stronger than my upper body and I just didnt really know how to go about total body workouts. I then started doing fitnessblenders upper/lowerbody split workouts and now i feel much stronger and able to do total body workouts. Please do more total body workouts next year! ❤ Can't wait for new vids!

This workout is so different for me. I was sweating like a pig and even got a little dizzy but my muscles weren't tired.... it got my heart going aloft. Maybe because these motions use large muscle groups and not just isolated muscle groups which is what I'm used to. Thank you for challenging me Kelly!

Done this yesterday. Definitely harder than it looks and I've been working out with you guys for more than 1,5 years now! My quads are sore and so is my upper body - so good stuff! Would love to see more workouts like this - Kelli please!!! - they're efficient and they work and I usually prefer cardio to strength training - but this actually made me both stronger and my heart rate was up! please please make more like this! So much better for maintenance - the fallout from 'leg day' puts me off doing HIIT and cardio for 2-3 days after, whereas doing this means that the DOMS isn't so intense, so I'm far more likely to earn my 5 workout completes every week =)

it is amazing what weight training does for weightloss. have been doing walking for an hour everyday csuse i had a caesarean section. just recently added weights cause its been 3 mths already. have lost 0.5kg from just increasing weight training to my routine!!!!

I love your workouts so much that I don't even need a gym membership! I've lost 2 only pounds in the span of 5 months but I am convinced it was all fat. My body looks so different and I think I built up muscle the first 3 months and then I started using fat ( I slowly cut sugar out which I think prompted the fat loss). Either way I am happy with y fitness level. Thank you so much!
