This workout was great for sore muscles. I've found your muscles recover faster if you move some (despite the soreness), instead of just lying down and groaning in pain. lol Will definitely come back to this if I need a low impact workout on rest/recovery days. Thanks for designing this workout!

This is going to be my permanent core workout .. those side planks made feel some deep muscles in my hips i didnt even know they existed .. a little bit chalenging and i love chalenges!! Thank you so much!!
