Day 6 and Day 7 don't exist as videos, because they are "rest days"... Fitness Blender programs are usually structured 5 days a week, and then you are supposed to take two rest days after that before starting again... so after you finished Day 5, you take two rest days, and then do this video with Tasha (Day 8)..
