This was honestly so great. Thank you for providing the free 2 weeks, I didn't realize what a difference it makes when you're fed workouts in an order that is actually good for your body 😅 I'm now convinced that I need that fitness blender membership

Tasha this was great! Thanks so much for such an effective workout in a small amount of time. I don’t have a ton of time for workouts with my schedule like I used to, so 30 minutes is perfect. Love your laid back style. Fitness blender is the best!

Thank you, Tasha! I’ve been using the Power Blocks my husband gave me. So far, I’ve tried Week 1, 4 and 8. Like to focus on my lower body and cardio mixed in.

I decided to do an extra round of the two HIIT exercises in the first half -- regretted it once the weights came back. My pauses were a bit extra on the pause.

Day 6 and Day 7 don't exist as videos, because they are "rest days"... Fitness Blender programs are usually structured 5 days a week, and then you are supposed to take two rest days after that before starting again... so after you finished Day 5, you take two rest days, and then do this video with Tasha (Day 8)..
