Excellent stretch. I saved this years ago. I keep coming back to it bc it's very helpful for after a workout or to take a stretch-&-connect-with-my-body break a couple of times each day, or at wake up & day's end. So many ways this video is useful!

I'm working on a playlist for myself. I have nerve damage in my back and I'm in pain daily from my neck down to my feet, but I work a physical job. I push so hard to do my job and feel like I can't move after, but I believe if I get muscle back and a healthy life it can make it better. I have and had to spend a lot of time in the bed. So I've been thinking that time to study. I've learned swimming it the best when your over 100 lb, but after the virus I'm looking for things outside of swimming. This is great way to start. One thing I have learned... even if you can do it the way she is doing it like bending down. If you have to sit in a chair or if you can't get out the bed. As long as you are doing some of the exercises your first goal is to workout into you can do it. Don't expect to loss all the weight quickly. It took 1 or more years to get fat. So expect it to come off in two months. Even if your not eating perfect add more fruit and vegetables. I prefer organic myself. Most important if this was your kid, wife, hubby, dog, cat someone or something you love you would give 💯 into this no matter how hard it was. Have you ever thought about your the fight for a better life. Why don't we care that much about are self like we do them. Just a thought I had in this. I never had junk food for my kids in my house. Yet I do now they are gone. So where I stop caring about me. I want it back, because I'm tired of this. I'm a 150 over. Do something daily even if it only 5 mins. That 5 mins more than you done in months. I'm ivyecc everywhere. Hit me up if you have advice or want to talk. I'm not on social media much but I will see it at some point

Hi Kelli this is the best routine: I can follow it every morning and evening, before and after work, it's easy enough but your explanations make it engaging, I feel stronger afterwards even if it's not hard, it's quick and you are always encouraging so it's also satisfying. I hope you can make more like these, specific for people who spend hours at desk jobs: you are saving our posture and make us feel better :)

How long should I keep doing a certain video before moving on to the harder version? For example how long should I do the KickBoxing Blend Low Impact workout before moving onto the 25 minutes one? Would 4 weeks be enough? :) Thank you very much for the great videos ♥ I suffer from social anxiety and being able to workout in the comfort of my home is GREAT! Keep up the great work! I wish you guys a lot more success in the future :)

Michelle Black Hey Michelle, thank you for sharing, it feels incredible to hear that we've helped. For your question - it all depends on your own body but I would recommend using more than 1 of our videos and more than one kind of training style each week. If you use the search tool on our site, you can search for workouts of a similar difficulty level to the one you're talking about so that you can mix it up for better results. Once things start to feel less challenging, it's time to step it up a notch, but that doesn't have to be intimidating; just take consistent, small steps & listen to the feedback you're getting from your own body to adjust and modify as necessary. Best of luck to you! K

I think this is fantastic . Having fibromyalgia, Sjögren's syndrome, austioathritis, not been able to do a lot . I find this not so strenuous and just right for me . Although I can't put my arms above my head through pain but I adjust it my self . I'm doing this once a day at the moment then will up it to twice a day . With the fibromyalgia I have pinched nerve endings and the stretching helps relieve this . Thank you so much for this .and love the timer so you don't have to keep looking at the clock ....brilliant thank you . 💜❤️
