I love this. I'm a working college student and aside from a five minute walk to each of my classes and standing for 6 hours straight at work everyday I don't have much time or motivation to go to the gym, so i've been trying to find easy ways that can get me moving for even a few minutes to help me start losing weight. This work out is pretty easy while still getting my heart rate up.

Mini workouts or warmups are excellent for chronically ill people like me! That way we can do a little bit and then rest. I really appreciate these :)

I really like how accessible your videos are. I have fibromyalgia real bad, as well as nerve damage in my feet, so I couldn't do about 1/2 of these, especially any of the jumping or bouncing stuff on my feet, but I was able to get my heartrate up. I especially appreciate the small next exercise previews that you've prepared.

Thanks! To keep quiet, keep your feet on the ground, or just slow down the rate that you place them back on the floor. We actually have an entire low impact list & a few quiet cardio routines, check them out for the times when you're worried about the neighbors.

1. 1/25/2023✅ Definitely Got My Body Warmed Up! 2. 1/26/2023✅ Today was much easier than yesterday! 3. 1/29/2023✅ I could add jump rope arms today without it getting too tired. 4. 1/31/2023✅ NGL I barely break a sweat at this point (which is good)! It still gets my body warm, which I love, and the whole point, haha. 5. 2/18/2023✅ I've been skipping the warm-up, but back now~ 6. 2/25/2023✅ 7. 2/26/2023✅ Yay! I finished 7 days of this vid. Really appreciate it. Was always an amazing beginning to my workouts.

bless you the thing is your heart will increase when you first exercise until fully warmed up then will settle. When I run and if a long run so I might miss a proper warm up. my heart goes very fast in the first 5 mins then settles down. it takes a mile to warm Up. this is actually ok as she is doing gently just take it easy for Now. but even doing just thus warm up is great .

Hi, just wanted to say thank you - I came across this video about 5 months ago and I have been using this routine ever since to do warm-ups. I suffered a rather strange knee injuries a while ago and so I am very careful now in choosing warm-ups for my exercises. I have been using this warm-up routine for EVERYTHING, jogging, swimming and strength training (with a bit of adjustments). And I have been injury-free ever since. Thank you for the video. I think this will be my routine warm-up for life LOL

I work from home sitting at a desk all day. I worry about my health from the non-stop sitting. This is the perfect length of time to just get up once and hour, and get the circulation and cardio health going. It’s a new year! I’m going to preserve my health!!!

true story. few years ago i was a (aspiring) thaiboxer. but since then i became a chainsmoker. last time i tried doing a 15-minute warm-up with a weighted skipping rope, burpees and other fun stuff i really thought i'm going to vomit my lungs out. still no good reason to not work out ! i'm back on track again now :)

I really like this warm up, as I'm obese and not very fit I find it works well as a beginner short workout to ease my way into things. This is nice and simple for me but I find it effective too and I can do this on night shift when it gets quiet at work Thanks for the video :)

I think it's good for not only for beginners but if you are recovering from an injury or injuries to ease back into it. JUst because it's low impact doesn't mean you don't sweat! :)

This video is amazing for me. I have wanted to get in shape for a while now and I don't have time to go to the gym or hire a personal trainer so I have been looking everywhere for a quick and easy workout for when I have some free time and this is just what I needed. I know it's advertised as a warm up but it is my whole routine. Also it is way more real than all of the other 'burn 1 million calories with this workout' I highly recommend

I’m looking forward to lose some weight and tone my body mostly by doing home workouts. I’ll be sharing my progress here. Who is with me on it? Day 1: warm up, main exercise and cool up. Burned ~ 160 calories Day 2: ✅ Day 3: did Zumba today. ~170 calories

Hi...sorry for the delay. I not a big person but I did loose some and especially on the tummy. I have a flat tummy now and I can definitely see my waistline. I love the warm up exercises... Then I do about 3 or 4 others. I sweat a lot doing the warm up

I have a painful metatarsal neuroma and have been looking for some tabata exercises that do not include jumping. I can do most of these, and put together a nice workout. Yay!

Thank you alotcreally... It was very useful and easy... As a working mon I have not really worked out before coz i dont have the time and it was not easy for me to do sports at first ... But this warm up helped alot plus i can do it at home at any time . Thank you again.

Good warm up video. If you are a decent level of fitness you won't sweat. It'll raise your heart rate and get your muscles warmed up and loose ready for a workout.

thanks again for you vids. after 1 month of no exercise at all, i started today with this short one. and after finishing it my body just wants to do more workout so i clicked the next low impact workout. and just today i found your website. will surely support you more:)

marym fares yup that's soreness. The body isn't use to it moving that much . once I did this exercise my legs were sore for like 3 days so I decided to wait it out for those 3 days and get back to it until my body got into the habit. It also helps if I stretch after the work out

I have this weir thing when I try a new workout a get sick . When I tried this workout I haven't got sick so I highly recommend this. :-)

I wish there were more of these solitary warm-ups, as many of the routines are without. I would love to have a variety of warm-ups and cool downs to choose from. Especially the warm-ups. But there are some awesome cool-downs and stretches that I forget. Would like to see some solos in 2017! YEAH!!
