I was worried today would be a HITT day (still struggling through some sore muscles) but was pleasantly surprised by this nice Pilates session! ❤

Fabulous workout! It was perfect to stretch out the soreness from the previous days. It was challenging but I feel 100% better after completing it. Thank you Amanda 💕

The stretches felt fabulous and my lower back and neck now feel better after performing them! You have a very pleasant demeanor and I appreciate this wonderful workout. Thank you very much!

This workout was great for sore muscles. I've found your muscles recover faster if you move some (despite the soreness), instead of just lying down and groaning in pain. lol Will definitely come back to this if I need a low impact workout on rest/recovery days. Thanks for designing this workout!

Great workout! The side plank section was a killer! I paired this with one of Kelli's butt and thigh pilates workouts, and it was exactly what I needed today 😊

This is going to be my permanent core workout .. those side planks made feel some deep muscles in my hips i didnt even know they existed .. a little bit chalenging and i love chalenges!! Thank you so much!!

this is such a nice workout! i've been doing this 2 week challenge on shuffle and i'm glad that for day 5 we had a pilates session (that i definitely wouldn't skip for another time) >
