Greatly appreciated! Perhaps the best fitness video I watched in terms of clarity, graphics and presenting the How/Why combination. Top notch production overall. P.S. I have STOPED "overstriding" and leaning forward thanks to you!

Over the past couple of years I have noticed that my shoulders and upper back are getting rounded. I try to remind myself of my posture and straighten my shoulders/back and work on my posture but I often don’t realize I am slouching especially when I am in a casual situation like having dinner. I have asked friends and my husband to remind me when I slouch but they don’t always remember. Any suggestions as to how I can recognize this myself. Thank you 😊

You can use physical or digital reminders. For example, posture corrector devices or apps can gently vibrate to remind you to sit or stand tall. These are great for training muscle memory over time. You can also set a timer on your phone to check in with your posture every hour. Think "ears over shoulders, shoulders over hips." This repetition helps build self-awareness. And since dining is a slouching trigger for you, you can create a physical cue-like a sticky note on your dining table or a visual anchor (e.g., a small, upright object) that reminds you to sit tall. Also, don't forget to exercise to strengthen your upper back, core, shoulders, and chest muscles so you can maintain the right posture naturally. P.s. It’s normal to forget sometimes, so don’t be hard on yourself. You’re already on the right path! 😊
