44:12 recommend the books by David Goggins: “Can’t Hurt Me” & “Never Finished” Goggins is the near embodiment of that mindset of on your deathbed knowing that you’ve challenged your body to its limit, as voiced at 01:22. Man’s also quite the public speaker.

I'm no elite athlete, but ive been calisthenic focused since 2018 and it was a game changer for me in both enjoying the process of working out more, and building my confidence as i gradually unlocked skills--and he was right at the top of the guys inspiring me.

Thank you for showcasing this amazing human being. I really like the mention of importance to focus and losing yourself in the exercise. I only realized I needed to improve this in the last year. 100% agree that it's critical to getting the most out of your routine. I constantly ask myself "is my body really tired, or am I just fooling myself? How much do I have left in me?". I also love how he approaches diet. I think ratios are a more sensible and more approachable way to tackle diet. Just bias toward a more whole food, varied diet, and you're almost sure to get it right. I also learned not to eat to the point of being stuffed, as doing so puts stress on and drains my body. Great interview!

Just wanted to say this to not only inspire people doing Calisthenics, but anyone who wants to grow better and become better in life just like what Andrea Larosa said. Ever since I started Calisthenics, Andrea Larosa and Fitness FAQs were the athletes that I watched lots of videos and follow all the things they said. Whether it's Calisthenics or about your vision or success in life. I believe reading books, helped me a lot as well. This not my active KZbin channel, I had one account before and that's where I posted about my 3 Years Calisthenics Body Transformation. Just like anyone, if you want to become successful, follow leaders, visionary leaders. Reading books helped me not only in terms of my career as a Junior Art Director for an advertising agency, but also with my business and even with Calisthenics. Make it a habit to read for 15 minutes in a day, and I promise you, if you follow the right principles, you'll become a better person, you'll have a better mindset. Thanks again Daniel for creating this video, you two were an inspiration through my Calisthenics Journey. I hope one day I'll be able to visit there at your country man and at Italy with Andrea Larosa. Wishing you all the best with your Calisthenics journey. Just remember, Whatever challenges you face, whether it's Planche, Front Lever, spiritual life, mental, always remember we are all in control of our minds, and that's why you have to set your mind to think positive always. That's the mindset everyone needs to have. Hope all of these makes sense, more milestones to you Daniel! Greetings from the Philippines!
