I really liked this workout. I have a resistance band, but don't use it very often. I liked the exercises you chose. They felt good, and my muscles thank you!

The Resistance is what helps the muscles? I'm afraid I'm not doing a good stretch/resistance on this one because of the type of the chair I'm using. It has a huge opening ..so the band slides to the side 😄and I've been doing it for quite some time now.. I've just been enjoying the stretching.. In your chair I think I see a little circle ..I don't have that!

Mine slides, too. My handles will not fit thru the holes, I think you are fine because you can still control the resistance. The muscles resisting the pull of the band does make them and the bones stronger.👍🥰
