Thank you so much for posting these videos! I cracked a disc in my back several months ago and I can't handle the speed of regular zumba for the time being. I also appreciate that you do a quality stretch; many of the other exercise videos on here do not.

Cindy -these are more fun than any other KF videos on offer, plus I always feel that I'm dancing at the same time and co-ordination gets better and better. Also thanks for showing the music you use. xx

Loving this workout….I’ve been following you since the COVID lockdown in the uk and working out with you on average 5 days a week…. Sometimes everyday. I’m 73 and I’ve lost two stone in weight and feeling healthier than ever. You’re a great inspiration…. Thank you Vicky

Thank You Cindy! At 58, I am still working on my weight loss goal - so I do modify and slow it down during the faster parts. And I also enjoy some of the music: The Bee Gees songs and “Five O’Clock World” were very good. Cheers!

Thank you so much Cindy. I love all of your routines. I am recovering from a knee injury & you have really helped me a lot. I also have osteoporosis so anything I can do to keep myself strong & healthy is a win win. Plus the balance exercises are also key.

How many calories burned varies widely based on how much intensity you exert when you do the routine. Sounds like you are dedicated so I am sure you can lose the weight!👍

Love all your workouts, Cindy. My sensitivity ears hear something’racist’ in this video that you should think about. “Indian arms” could be described some other way. It’s stereotypical of cowboy days and probably isn’t PC anymore. I’m sure you didn’t mean it, but a change in terminology might be culturally appropriate.
