Today's workout was assisted by Mushi kitten. Every time I got down on the ground Mushi had to come and give me little kitten kisses. This may have been the best workout ever ;) And watching Kitaro kitten snoozing on the couch kept me nice and relaxed even while I was working my butt off. The kittens and I thank you for an awesome workout!

Wowwww your definitely on fire on this one it's official I LOVE MET CONS plenty for the brain to wake up on once you get into it . One stage I was doing the lunge and row snatch lol 😅 I forgot about the row lol 😂😆😂😂😆 I know don't ask lol 😂😆😂😂😆 I'm just a bonkers barefoot Irish woman As for the push up fantastic for the triceps but I just can't do it from the toes just ain't happening I haven't the are strength to get all the way down and push up STRAIGHT like a plank I'll be forever on the knees but definitely feeling it in the triceps Cheers coach lol one day I'll loose or I hope I will lose an inch of the stomach (wishful thinking lol 😆) Steph 🇮🇪

Since tomorrow's my active rest day I wanted a real challenge for today's workout. I wore my 12 lb. weighted vest and used 15 lb. dumbbells (just to see if I could do it). After the Ignite challenge 15's have actually become my moderates (it used to be 12's). I even used both dumbbells for the chest press to skull crusher (and that definitely crushed my triceps)! I was able to maintain good form and keep up the pace through each set (kinda proud of myself!) :) Thank you so much for these excellent workouts PJ!

Day 5 done! Although I have been doing exercises with PJ for a couple of years, including the osteoporosis program, several moves were new to me. They seemed innocent, but I guess because we were moving the whole body and doing them at a good rate, I was sweating after the session and feel I had a good workout. As far as the push ups, I think I am improving. Lifting when on my toes still gives me trouble, my body does not want to follow in a straight line. I definitely need more practice, but I like the idea of perfecting them.

Day 5 was fiery as promised. It took me most of the workout to coordinate single arm snatch to lunge. 🤷♀️ 😊 I was more successful when I slowed down the compound move. I was just about able to do six push-ups as one unit, then went to my knees for the other four. I’ll be repeating those push-up drills you taught us during the first four days. That should help. I’m feeling stronger, though. This challenge is excellent! What fun! Thanks, PJ!❤

This xhallenge is working! My squishy parts are less squishy. I can do 10 knee pushups! I cannot manafeva full on the toes pushup yet, but I will do at least 3 by the end of this challenge (fingers crossed 🤞).
