Loved the stretches at the end...did not realize how inflexible I was with that sit-against the wall stretch, my arms couldn't touch the wall 😟 Starting to realize how deconditioned I am at 40 y/o 😔...had a hard time getting up with the kneeling and standing exercise...but I worked through it. Why do i sometimes get a saw neck from exercises my neck has always been sensitive. I have been doing PJ for nearly 3 months at least 3 times a week have had great results. I have been diagnosed with osteopenia. ❤
