My little doggie enjoys the workouts too. 95% of the time, when your voice comes on, she runs in from wherever she may have been sleeping and wants me to play. I was so close to not doing day 7, my bed felt so good...and it's a Monday! But I did it! I told myself I'd do the easy version of the moves. Surprise! I increased my weights for the last two sets of the last group! Yay.

I know,its been awhile about 3 months I had to wait til ankle,healed from plate and screws , I couldnt do exercises involving knees or getting up and down knowing still,trying to get ankle,strong . I did modify and,was sweating so Ty . I lately have been depressed exercise has helped . using crutches when I did for 3 nonths I lost weight . during summer was rough .

Fit & Fierce Day 7 done! I found you on youtube a couple of months ago and love your style (commentaries are just what I need to push through). Sometimes, you mention other workouts we can add if there's still some "gas in the tank" and I find that especially helpful. I rotate several of your ab workouts on a daily basis but any recommendations you have for a little something extra (without causing burnout) would be awesome. I max out the weights during the workout but sometimes, I just feel I want a little more (maybe there's something wrong with me???🤪. On a day like this, would it be ok to choose from your "appetizers & finishers"? Thank you for all you do! I'll be joining Patreon or Over 50 Fitness once I've completed this challenge.

This is one of my favorites. I love working in balance with strength moves. I think it's more fun for your brain and so makes it seem to go faster. You bring so much joy to my life PJ. I work out with you after work, and no matter what happened in the day it all melts away and it's just me and you (and my cat) , focusing on improving our bodies and feeling strong and fit. I don't know what I would do without my daily PJ therapy. And who doesn't want to stretch after a workout?

Happy Anniversary! There were a lot of components to today’s workout, giving my body some great challenges. Loved the rotational lunge in the warm-up. I used 5 pound dumbbells for the side to front raises, which was ample for me. For other moves, 8’s, 10’’s, 12’s. The hip flexor stretch was “yummy.” I used yoga blocks, great idea. Ahh, George…It’s a dog’s life.. Thanks, PJ! ❤️

Day 7✅ Thank u PJ,this was so good. Today for me is day 7 & day 8 together. As u know Mondays I take a break but my friend insisted to go to th gym as guest & do 2 classes back to back(ya we are definitely nuts 🤣)so we did a step class with strength & then Zumba. Omg yesterday I had to give myself a break cause my legs were seriously crying.... So back to my challenge & will be a back to back so that I stay behind one day only💪🙌

I've been meaning to comment since day 1. I'm actually not even 40 yet (almost 39) but since I'd like to go back to working out, I tried this challenge for "older" women thinking it would be easy. I liked this video, worked the whole body. I really enjoy the tips you give us. I am lagging behind following the calendar but I am exercising choosing different days of the calendar. I want to be consistent and gain strength. I have osteopenia and I am also taking thyroid meds which can weaken your bones even more so it’s important to keep those bones strong. So thank you for all of your motivation. You are part of my family now.❤

It DID feel short...ish until the quad burn! REally appreciate the stretching as I torn a calf muscle when training with a physical trainer who didn´t allow time for stretching and I always forgot to do it later...Like the bloopers but I would enjoy natural intros with their mistakes as well. The real talk, the loss of balance, the grunts during the workout it´s what makes your videos so welcoming and joyful. I get myself to workout because I miss PJ my workout buddy :)

This was much needed. Function and balance is so so so important with aging (who’s aging?). Watching people I know and love injure themselves motivates me to really focus on my physical health. Thank you for doing what you do. 💕

Definitely a great strength workout! My dumbells go in half increments, so decuded to do 12.5 instead of 10. Your workouts have caused me to be able to do this with a challenge, but not without good form. Thanks pj, I am grateful for you!!! Consistency causes results!! ❤😊
