I have done this workout twice this week and I am loving it! I retired from the Air Force and I am enrolled in the MOVE - Weight Management Program at the Veteran's Hospital. I feel like a "11". I haven't been able to move hardly at all since December 23rd when I suffered a severe bout of VERTIGO...Have been in REHAB just to be able to learn how to WALK again...I only turned 62 in February and was a Collegiate GYMNAST...this is a very difficult recovery for me...I'm not ready to live like this...so today, I decided to turn on SCHELLEA...and boy am I SO HAPPY I DID...I had to hold on to my fridge a few times...but I made it through...Thank You, Shellea for what you are doing for all of us!!! Shellea! I have been in a frump and was feeling very unfit and tired . I have always been an active person so this was troubling . Plus I retired and the covid kept people separated . I started walking a month ago with a trainer on KZbin and it helped get me up and active but I wasn’t feeling like it was enough - Then I found YOU . Your short routines are so fun and effective and they don’t require so much time that I can rationalize out of them . Your beautiful smile and positive encouragement make your routines total winners . Yesterday I did a 30 min workout , today a 15 , then abs and then the batwing one . After 2 wks I am already seeing and feeling a difference and your guidance and the timing on screen really make your videos winners . God Bless you 🌹❤️🌹

Another great work out after sitting at my desk all day. I added the mini trampoline and 2 pound weights. I tell myself that I can do anything for 20 minutes and at the 20 minute mark I tell myself that I can do anything for 10 minutes. It works like a charm.

Just finished. My mood went from 1 to 5. I do this workout once a week. I pick a different one each day of the week. 7 days a week. Love the encouragement as much as the exercises. Been doing these for about 4 years. 😅

I am turning 60 this year actually in 6 weeks and I'm trying to drop 20 pounds I am overweight and need to do this for my health and make me feel better. This is the 1st time I did your workout and I really enjoyed it I have been walking 2 to 3 miles daily but it's hot here in Arizona in the US. I did this session this morning after I got up. When my health watch buzzes 3-4 times that my heart rate is too high (at the max), I know I’m putting my all into it 😂. You make me sweat more than the elliptical trainer does 😅

Getting up at 06.00 in the dark to exercise isn’t the easiest but so glad I do. Love these exercises Sue 🇬🇧

Actually, I was fighting a bit with myself if I just relax but then I grabbed my laptop and started. Ticked all the boxes :-) It was extra hard not sitting on the terrace enjoying the sun with a glass of wine instead. Warm summer evenings are not guaranteed in Germany. So I gave myself a gold medal today 🙂
