When I started with you in Feb, my plank-ups were always on the knees. Today, I was able to do 1 of the sets completely without knees! Thanks for helping me become stronger! 💪💕 Loving being part of Patreon!

Awesome to have and do in hotel room while on vacation. I thank you for the excellent cueing! I was lifting my chest when you mentioned leaving it on the floor. You do a great job on that during movements when my face is looking at the ground ❤

Wonderful workout for right after work! I did make a face when PJ said “plank ups” 🤪 and, almost on cue, PJ said “sorry” 😂 - but, of course, PJ knows what I need! ❤️😘

Iam recovering from Covid so I was 2 weeks without working out,I was going crazy. I did this workout today and felt so amazing! I will do it 3 more times and then I will go back to my dumbells, lighter ofd course. Tks PJ!

Bless you for these 20 minute workouts!! They are our fav! My husband (who doesn’t like to workout) is actually working out with me. He’s one of your few good men. The 20 minute workouts make it mentally acceptable for him. 😊 He’s seeing results and liking that! Woot woot! Thank you!

Great workout, PJ. I'm adding this one to my favorites. Hoping I get better at my plank-up, and the fact that this improves my posture is an added bonus! By the way, I watched to the end and to answer your question, I don't consider a mat a piece of equipment, but who knows!

This was an amazing recovery workout after previous day brutal bosu ball cardio session 😂 was feeling that still for sure, this session was brilliant to work out some stiff kinks and loved the upper body burn 💪

Oh boy oh boy! I love the Strong and Sassy Challenge teaser! 💪 Today I was a show-off and did two out of three rounds of the Alt 1-leg deadlift touching the ground, then my balance went out the window, but that’s ok. Hmm…I usually think of equipment as BOSU ball, weights, bands, stability ball. The mat? Yeah, I guess it could be part of the group. After all, they’re sold in the same department. Let’s not leave anybody out of the party… Thanks, PJ!❤ (By the way, your arms are looking crazy pumped today. 💪 Thanks for the inspiration.)

Thanks for this PJ. I did the hips flexibility first and then this. I have slight tennis elbow so decided against the plank ups. Not sure where to ask this on Patreon but is there anything I can replace it with which is more forearm friendly?

Great Laura! 😃 With the planks, if you want to focus on your core a plank is recommended, and if you wants to focus on your shoulders & triceps a shoulder press with dumbbells would be a good sub - hope this helps! 💗

Thanks, as always, PJ XO - randi No, I think mat is not part of the equipment, so no mixed messages 😉I didn't see how much dog hair was on my mat until I got up after lying down. Off to do some laundry.

I can attest to this being a great travel workout. Did it in a hotel gym with not a lot of floor space, using only a mat. Short, simple, and effective. Now back to lounging in the pool and eating junk. 😂

Idk about anyone else but I struggled 😢 through this no energy what so ever I fell asleep at the laptop 😅 what's going on same thing yesterday I need a holiday recharge the batteries before there completely flat should of book Madison Wisconsin for the Crossfire Games 😅 or something None the less workout is DONE Cheers legend Steph 🇮🇪
