I was happy to have this workout pop up on YT because my knees were tetchy all week. Walking helped, but I think not doing lots of squats and lunges today is a good thing. Old injuries kicked up, and I want to treat my knees kindly so they'll last.

The workouts are challenging (whatever your level); she gives cues and modifications so we don't injure ourselves and ensure we actually hit the right muscles; the monthly calendars give us one less thing to worry about and decide on; she's funny and honest but pushes us to do the moves; and her adorable dogs (and hubby) sometimes do cameos. I saw this yesterday on my PATREON calendar and I was so excited! My knee has not been happy, so this is exactly what I need and I totally loved this! I will be saving this for days when I need to work legs, but my knees do not want to lunge and squat and I’m feeling sick of modifications. THANK-YOU for thinking of us ladies with knee issues. I’m almost your age with one knee surgery down and trying not to need another knee surgery before my trip to London next summer. I really want to do things I used to do, but I just can’t (I’m even skipping hiking in the Swiss Alps before London, with one of my daughters because of my knee, so I can enjoy walking in London with BOTH of my daughters 😭). Please keep up the modifications and remind people like me to do them 🤦♀️. Love you PJ ❤

Needed this one. Every morning I do an abridged version of another video of yours (12 min). Or 10 min daily leg lifts and bridges, with holds as a warm-up as I have SI and Glute tendinopathy, sometimes it is like sciatica; if I do these types of exercises the pain is much relieved, I go for a walk, and can get to my job.

PJ always delivers! when we did the lower leg lift on our stomachs, I definitely think the hold was much more effective than pulsing while holding legs up. You asked for feedback so I am letting you know what I felt more. Looking forward to September challenge!!!

I'm away this week and I am feeling guilty doing nothing all week (exercise wise) but when I seen this ooooo I was delighted I went a bought a small ball not a Pilates ball but like a kids ball and worked perfectly so happy I got it done AND I bought a skipping rope (jump rope) and done 10 mins as cardio so I'm well delighted with myself Thank you PJ LEGEND Steph 🇮🇪
