Madam's diet is so powerful that I can say 101% that there is no diet like mine in the entire world. She makes us weightless with such lovely recipes. All of her recipes are home-made. By eating them we remain healthy and fit and our weight loss happens easily. I tried for the last 17, 18 years to lose weight but it never happened. Since then I have followed her diet and I cook and eat the recipes made by her on KZbin. We also get many benefits from her motivational speech which we never knew before, we come to know from her motivational speech that doing this leads to weight gain, doing this leads to weight loss, and if we do this then weight will be lost very easily and our health will also remain good. I always follow her diet and I have lost 25 kg by following her diet and I have benefited a lot from her motivational talks. I am safe from many diseases. By listening to her good words, I changed my daily routine and I benefited from her talks if we follow her diet sincerely and If we follow the rules given by madam properly then it will be very easy for us to lose weight. Iss podcast mein Dr. Shikha Singh ne mention kiya ke quick weight loss acha nahi hai par unke youtube aur instagram channel pe sab quick weight loss videos he hai jaise 1kg in 1day, 10kgs in 10days jo bilkul bhi possible nahi hai. Aur protein bhi important hai bola, but Dr. Shikha Singh ke videos mein soups ke recipe share karte hai jissmein protein he nahi hota.

Sugar craving ka sab se bada reason unbalanced meal hai. Indian diet mein protein aur fiber kam hai. Protein aur fiber ko increase kiye toh automatically sweet cravings kam hojayega. Mera personal experience hai.
