Fitting a Mercedes AMG Quad Pipe Bumper Diffuser to W204 C Class C250 C300 C350

How to Remove the original genuine Mercedes W204 bumper diffuser on the C250, C300, C350 and replace with the genuine W204 quad pipe AMG Diffuser.
This is a link to the Ebay seller who I purchased this AMG Diffuser from which ended up fitting perfectly on my C350 www.ebay.co.uk...
As you can see by watching the video my vehicle never had bolts to secure the diffuser but something called scrivets, I used 8mm scrivets but I feel the ideal and perfect size would be 9mm scrivets.
The pipes I used are here but please double check your exhaust for the correct sizes www.ebay.co.uk...

Thank you for the tutorial, you saved me a headache. I replaced same for same on my C220 with a single pipe, as some fitted an aftermarket towbar and cut some of the diffuser. From start to finish 35 ish minutes. Again, thank you.

It was a right headache but all come good when I had finished it fortunately! need to get the quad tailpipes fitted now! hope your all good your end buddy.

At 2:25 I took the bottom screw out , but the tip wouldn’t move at all any ideas ? Sprayed with wd40 yet it’s still solid and won’t come off at all. Much appreciated

Maybe just corrosion ? in these cases maybe a hit with a hammer / mallet which will cause enough vibration to wriggle it lose ? also maybe heating it up could help... best of luck with it..... mrix

Nice work and looks great. I'm trying to do the same thing for mine. Would you have the link for the extra longer brackets or the part number? I got my diffuser without the brackets and thought that I could transfer the old brackets to the new AMG diffuser. Sure enough, it was shorter.

Thanks Paul, I am very happy with it, as for the brackets unfortunately I have no idea what the part number is, I purchased the diffuser already with the longer brackets, one thing I will say is that there appears to be different size tailpipe tips available, the correct width of the tips are 240mm, some you can purchase are 250mm and 260mm, I basically saw a AMG 63 a few days ago and got out and measure the tips and they were indeed 240mm, all the very best... mrix

That is interesting question but personally speaking I am unsure, the W204 did have a face lift in 2011 but that may of been just interior, when I look at the bodywork it looks identical but the interior looks to be quite a bit different... mrix

As far as I know your C200 only has the one exhaust ? the diffuser I have is for twin exhaust.... mrix
