Hello there! To use the castor oil, do we need to heat it prior to use? I’m from Sri Lanka and what we usually do is slightly heat coconut oil on a table spoon (until you see bubbles forming and stop heating) and rub to our hair, this is done so that we don’t get brain freeze and therefore causes headache, cold or sinus. Is it same with castor oil or do we just use it from the bottle without heating? Please do reply immediately since I need to start my journey. Thanks a lot.

I would like to give the answer of this, According to fit tuber,the normal coconut oils are burned at very high temperature in which they lost their Minerals and vitamins, so next time try to buy virgin coconut oil or any oil, they're called 'virgin or cold pressed oils'
