This is a poor video. Compare how kuch an average person requires those nutrients daily & then compare it to how much these alternative food sources provide.
@kshitijsrivastava56002 жыл бұрын
@@gabbar51ngh That was the first point of the video. People tend to believe that the body needs all those supplements but majority of them don't even get absorbed by the body. Those are called "supplements" for a reason. They are not to be considered the primary source of Vitamins and Minerals. If a doctor prescribes, you must take the supplements, but if a healthy person takes all the supplements, it's just a recipe for very expensive pee.
@gabbar51ngh2 жыл бұрын
@@kshitijsrivastava5600 Bruh, That's not how supplements even work or it even means that. It literally means completing the nutrient deficiency in your diet as in supplementing it. When you take it in supplement form it doesn't mean it won't be absorbed. On top of that you failed to understand my point. Average person needs larger doses of some of these nutrients. Everyday food which he mentioned contains far less. It's not a good alternative to nutrient deficiency in most cases. He makes videos with terrible research. Taking supplements isn't inferior or something even bad. Omega 3 fatty acids are extremely crucial & quite common deficiency in majority of the people around. Flaxseeds provide a lower quality & your body has to convert it which doesn't always happen. Eating couple of flaxseeds won't cut it. Fish & seafood in general has much higher quality sources. Unless you are eating fish everyday you aren't really going to get your omega 3 fatty acids. There's a reason why Japanese est seafood so much & live way longer than indians. Meanwhile indians don't pay attention to nutrition & take these misinformed videos seriously. It's not surprising india is diabetes capital of the world. Most Indian foods are high in carbohydrates.

Modern medicine : trying to heal a wound Ayurveda: trying to help body to heal itself
@sharadsaboo50933 жыл бұрын
Oh thank god you said that Modern medicine and surgeries just try to fix the problem themselves thinking they know how to... Which is stupid. They're messing with the body foolishly. @sharadsaboo50933 жыл бұрын
@@shubhamshrivastava189 bhai modern medicine has always focused on how to not die, whereas ayurveda and our indian sciences have focused on how to live fully The difference is evident in what goes on in the West today, and how the Indians were thousands of years ago. Though now all India is, is a cheap second copy of the West, with brown people instead of white and people are a lot more poor As for those emergencies, they arise because we've been ignorant of the body for a long time... If we just sit and something doesnt feel right inside we have a problem inside and we need to fix it slowly. Our body gives us many signals too for those who aren't too perceptive.[ body signals like whitening of tongue, white spots in nails]Nothing can go wrong if you look out for these signals, give your body what it wants, when it wants. Even the mood to eat spicy is an intelligent sign because some heat in the system is what the body needs; likewise As the taste sense has been highlighted in the West, if you look at other signals in the body too, things should work out. Modern science is stupidly discovering stuff daily and directing people according to it, with its half knowledge, which is madness... And all people are stupidly hitched in by these marketing people I don't think the need for a surgery for major health problem should arise. It's because you never thought about what you are doing to the body, and never cared until it came to life and death. Animalistic nature. If you won't rise above it, you'll stay an animal. Though I think animals take better care of their bodies than us

iska research is only focused on himself and not the entire range of age groups my dear friend. Earlier also, I had put comments on your video, but seems you do not have the balls to face the facts. To acche se padh le, mera comment aur tere jo bhi doubts hain nutritional supplementation ko leke, aaja tere subscribers ke saamne, main jawab deta hun. hai himmat challenge lene ka? 01:30 - COLLAGEN - After the age of 40 yrs, there is another drop in the hormonal levels becoz of which protein synthesis in the body reduces. Since collagen is a byproduct of the protein 'glucosamine' (research kar le acche se), the production of glucosamine stops in the body with growing age. Isi ko Free radical damage and ageing process kehte hain. 03:33 - FISH OIL - Yes. Vegetarian source se bhi milta hai, jo usually log flaxseed se lete hain.. Flaxseed however does not have the EPA and DHA in the natural form and the body needs to synthesize it. Lekin, fish oil (salmon, mackarel, sardine and anchovy - naam bhi likh ke de raha hun, padh lena) mein EPA/ DHA natural form mein hota hai, kyonki ye cold water fish ko ice region mein survive karne ke liye lagte hain.. Cod liver ke machli ka tel khayega, waste wali to usmein Omega-3 nahin milega.. 04:57 - BIOTIN - Biotin ka richest source hota hai, acerola cherry, grape seed extract (vitis vinifera seed), aur biotin kewal hair ke liye, nails aur skin ke liye bhi zarurat hota hai. This also is one of the components to build collagen in the body. 06:42 - VITAMIN B12 - Sorry.. jisse bhi aap information lete hain, naa to usko puura pataa hai, aur naa hi aap answers dhundhnaa chahte hai. Vitamin B ka series akele isolation mein kabhi kaam nahin kar sakta, becoz Vitamin B series ke functions ek dusre se linked hote hain. Ye medicine industry hai, jo aapko pharmacy mein pudiya banakar bechti hai, ki Folic acid, B12 alag se le lo. It will never give the results. 07:58 - CALCIUM - Young and the old alike extensively consume calcium tablets hoping to strengthen their bones. However, little do they know that these calcium tablets can do more damage than good. - Yes, absolutely correct. Kyonki calcium ke absorb hone ke liye zinc, magnesium ur Vitamin D3 ki zarurat padti hai. Vitamin D3 kewal dhoop mein baithne se nahin banta. Aapke skin ke upar Omega-3 ki layer banti hai, jo Vitamin D3 ko absorb karti hai. Isi ko kaha jaata hai - Cholecalciferol.. (google kar lena, iske alawa mujhe nahin lagta tumahara koi source hoga).. Ab cooking oil hi saste wala khaoge jismein Omega-3 naa ke barabar hai, aur Omega-6 bhara hua hai, wo bhi Transglyceride ke saath, to Cholecalciferol ghante se banega, aur ghanta calcium kisi kaam ka hoga. 10:01 - ZINC - Zinc, even though a trace mineral, is extremely important for a robust immune system and production of testosterone in males. But one need not take refuge in pills anyway. - Yes, it is good for the immune system, lekin Zinc zyada use karne se wo body ke copper contents ko kharab kar deta hai.. par Kam karoge to immunity bhi kha jaega. Par apne video mein ye bhi batao ki khane se lena hai to kitne gram khana khaana padega, jisse Zinc ke requirement puuri ho jayegi. Normal adult mein daily zinc ki kitni requirement hoti hai, aur wo kaise lena hota hai, ydi supplement se nahin lena hai to.. please appraise the public. 11:05 - VITAMIN C - Do you have weak bleeding gums? Or do you often suffer from mouth ulcers? - Mouth ulcers Vitamin B series ki kami se hote hain, Vitamin C ke alawa. I have results with me to prove it. If yes, then your body is screaming from vitamin c and not vitamin c pills. Nature has indeed provided abundant sources of vitamin c to us that if we still have to pop pills, it's a shame. - To agar aapko natural sources ke baare mein malum hai, then why don't you share ki kitna nimbu, kitna santra khane se ek din ka vitamin C requirement puura hota hai. Aapne share kiya, ki what is the daily requirement of Vitamin C in the diet? You do not present your side of the context completely, then you come here on youtube to malign the supplement industry. Agar dum hai, to ye answer logon ko padhne de.. par dum nahin hai, kyonki tuney pehle bhi mera answer delete kar diya tha, taaki logon ko sacchai nahin pataa lage. The basic issue is ki tum pe koi legal action nahin leta hai, isiliye tum yahaan public ko kuch bhi jaankari dete ho. Tere subscribers ya contacts mujhe nahin chahiye, but I genuinely want ki tu saamne aakar baat kar, faltu mein supplement industry ke baare mein mat bol. Agar use kiya hai supplements aur tujhe results nahin mile hain, to btaa. Is video ko main galat information dene ke kaaran main report kar rahaa hun.

Great video and thanks for dispelling the myth around vitamin and mineral tablets! Although I’d like to point out that vitamin B12 is actually supposed to be naturally present in the soil in which we grow our food and therefore root veggies might be a good source but due to the increasing pesticide and chemical use, vitamin B12 is diminishing from our soil and therefore supplementation of b12 may be required if levels go too low. And as you mentioned, sprouts and fermented foods are a good source, and so is non-veg if someone consumes it.

Good video and education. Two points to note... Taking Vit D without Vit K2 will just serve to push more calcium in the blood... To ensure calcium in the blood goes to bone and teeth we need Vit K2... It's naturally present in cheese, milk and grass fed animals. However, if one decides to take Vit D as a supplement then it should be a combination with Vit K2. Secondly, using cold pressed oils to make curries defeats the purpose of cold pressing as curries are cooked at high temperature. The only exception to this pure coconut and palm oil but the best thing for cooking is desi ghee... It is extremely stable under heat. Keep up the good work

Thank you for this awareness. It’s really helpful. One thing I disagree is that many doctors do not know much about nutrition. So if they prescribe any supplement it does not mean they right. So I would say no, do not follow any doctor asking you to take supplement until to read up and find out more about it from other sources and the doctor too. Doctors too can make mistakes. I have my own life experiences with this. Thank you Very informative 🙏🌺❤️

Love all the videos by him. I am a researcher from physiology background. Done translational research. Loved his statement, body has own intelligence. This is the key to solve most of the diseases. Don't need to do extensive molecular manuvering like vaccines etc. just give proper command which body understand. This is the basis of ayurveda. By regulating rajah (temp) and Pittah (pH) most of the problems can be solved. By the way this year's Nobel is on this topic. I do research on this and found most of the problems can be solved by this.
