Welcome to Fit with Mel!
Olahraga lari adalah olahraga yang bisa dilakukan oleh siapa saja tanpa mengenal usia dan sangat banyak manfaatnya untuk kesehatan kita.
Olahraga ini bersifat high impact dan memiliki resiko cedera jika tidak dilakukan dengan tepat. Tapi apakah benar, gara-gara olahraga lari kita bisa terkena cedera lutut?
Simak jawabannya di video ku kali ini bersama nara sumber dr.Aldico Juniarto Sapardan, Sp.OT yang akan membantu menjawab pertanyaan seputar cedera lutut.

Sedikit cerita saya sudah rutin joging selama 3 bulan, dan ada arthritis di lutut. Pergerakan kaki terasa tidak nyaman terutama saat naik tangga, selalu bunyi krek krek krek. Sebelumnya rutin selama setahun berenang (seminggu sekali) tapi belum ada perubahan yg signifikan. Setelah rutin joging seminggu 3-5 kali, beserta berenang 1x seminggu. Sekarang naik turun tangga lututnya terasa lebih nyaman. Terasa kakinya lebih kokoh. Dan juga minum suplemen susu anlen atau yg sejenis. It works and help a lot.

I just want to share.. I'm a soldier 34 y.o., I used to run addicted around 5 years ago. I run 50 km a week, 5:30 to 5:50 pace. Although I got pain in my knees (letf mostly) I kept it. But for now, I changed my workout to weight training, I run but no more than 40 minutes or 7 KM twice a week. And I want to keep my body abilities any longer because of my profession. I don't want to get injured in my knees when I get older.

Same here, my left knee hurts a little when I bend it backwards since I run regularly. But do you have any suggestions other than lifting weights? because I really love running

@@arieelloo Based on my experience, you may try to get a various run. If you do a long run today, than you may have to do easy run on the next day My mistake was I run almost with the same pace and distance every day You have to know your body, if you think that you need some rest just do that, or you can add swimming as your additional between running sessions Last but not least, shoes are very important. I just knew a couple years ago that I have over pronation especially on my left foot. So I do rotation with my shoes every running session.

yg cairan di lutut itu apa dan efeknya gimana dok? kurang detil bagian itu, krn saya sakit pas di tempurungnya dan sering bunyi kalo digerak2kan, makasih utk yg bersedia jelasin 🙏

Bang pliss jawab aku seminggu joging 4x dan lutut saya sakit digunakan untuk berjalan sebaiknya gimana bang tidak lari atau malah diusahakan gerak kumohon dijawab ya bang

Saya lagi rutin lari udah dua mingguan, skrg lgi kena radang tendon, bengkak dibawah lutut kaki kiri, lagi fisioterapi, mudah mudahan pulih lagi, pengen lari lagi

Mba Melanie volume suara kecil ketika sedang berlangsung pembicaraan, tapi kalau sedang ketawa ama iklan tu kenceng banget volumenya, jadi waktu saya besarrin volumenya ketika ketawa ama iklan kenceng banget, tolong donk kak mel volume suaranya agak di kencengin. terima kasih
