These all look so good. Growing up, my sisters and I would not so patiently wait for mama to get finished with the pie. Then we could have the 'scraps' to roll out, cut with our tiny cookie cutters and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Mama would then bake them for us. What a treat!!

This is the first of your videos I’ve seen. It came up on my feed and I clicked because I have a lot of apples to deal with. Thanks for all the ideas, I will use some of them. I used to make a similar apple squares recipe. It had a cornflake topping under the glaze. Yours looks really good! Actually, all these recipes look really good. I think you need to get a different peeler, that looked tortuous trying to hold onto it while you were peeling. I have several and they all hook onto the side of a table. Thanks for sharing and for writing the recipes in the description.

Wow! All these Apple recipes look delicious . One of our neighbors came over last week and told us to come pick as many apples as we wanted off their tree. They were blessed this year with tons of apples. So I’ll have to give some of these recipes a try. Those muffins look divine and that apple crepe cake yum. Your son made me laugh eating the peels as fast as he’s peeling the apple. Thanks for sharing your recipes and for all, your videos.

Yum x 5 ! Haha so many delicious apple dishes. Have you made apple scrap syrup with your peels and cores yet? I drizzle it over pancakes or any of these recipes and it's next level ,apple deliciousness . It also extends the maple syrup to make it go further. We make lamington porridge as well as our apple pie porridge. Just add cocoa and sweeten to taste. Coconut cream over and a sprinkling of desiccated coconut to finish. So good . Chocolate for breakfast is always a good idea. Thank you for sharing lovelies 💜

These all look so delicious can't wait to try them for my family. You have such a beautiful and inspiring family, well done job Annie and Josh! I notice Julianne has to hold the peeler down, we have a similar one and I hold it down and flip the handle at the bottom and it suctions to our counter so my daughter can use it, does yours not work? Also did you know there are Parchment baking cups from if you care brand, I like them a lot. Does baking in aluminum not concern you?

Your recipes look wonderful. We have apple trees, loaded with beautiful fruit this year. However, when I cut an apple, they usually have little faint brown lines in them. Do you spray your apple trees? Our green apple tree seems to be free of the brown spots and lines and are a much firmer apple. Would love to know the secret to getting perfect apples.

We don't spray or treat them in any way. These were off of a friend's tree that was totally natural.

That apple crepe cake looks amazing! Here in central NY, we are known for our apples and my favorite multi-purpose is our Empire as I like the bit of juicy tartness complimenting the sweet for both baking and fresh eating. And Honey Crisp for flavor and storage! What are y'all's favorite varieties? Oh....and I hope you don't waste all those cores and peels? Homemade apple scrap vinegar is the best!
