As a Tigers fan. I knew the Cespedes trade was one of the beginning of the end kind of deals and we were rebuilding 🥲 I remember thinking god I hope the Mets get something out of this 😂

My all time favorite season between the Harvey/deGrom/Syndergaard domination and ability to hit….murphy’s post season home run streak…Flores emotions…Cespedes turnaround…so much fun and unfortunately didn’t get the ring (Tyler Clippard and the inability of management to see that he should not ever be put out again)

Let me preface what I'm about to say by stating I'm a Mets fan. It is pretty sad that they actually made this. It is proof positive of the absolute lack of success this franchise has had in recent years that this all they can put out. To me I view the 2015 season as the high mark of a failed strategy, building around those young pitchers.
