Generally, we try not to keep curries with coconut for too long... Just add the coconut milk when you are ready to eat... Maybe 10 additional minutes to warm up the curry

First of all I caught myself jamming to the music more than focusing on the video. LOL! Anyway I cook most of this stuff like that anyway. Before I stopped cooking chicken with the skin on I always sat it, seasoned, on top of vegetables with no oil. That how I start all my soups with chicken. Edit: Oh and can I say people sleep on using sweet potatoes instead of Idaho in soups etc..

These recipes were all fairly nice, on the 1st one, i hope you used wild caught salmon because the farm raised is flavorless, along with any other farm raised fish & including shrimp, no flavor & on the chix at the grocer. i hope you are using free range, cage free chix because the sweat shop chix is tasteless, here in Ky. We can raise our own free range chix, worst case scenario, buy amish free range organic chix from the butcher, is still delicious
