Pro tip wrap your binding bolts in plumber's tape/locktite tape never have your bindings come loose again. I wish I would known this trick earlier in my snowboard career

I'd recommend photochromic lenses that have a range to cope with most light conditions. Agree 100% with the need to carry a tool. I also always carry 4 longish zip ties to deal with boa/lace failure. A zip tie will get you home safely if your lacing system snaps when you are a looooong way from the nearest piste. I always carry water in a small camelbak and also some sugary snacks to munch on the chair. And one other thing - duck tape. Peel about a foot off a roll and fold it over a few times - it takes up as much room as a credit card. Great for fixing torn trousers etc.

Board lock is very important. my first day at A bay i went in to get my pass and when i came out my board was gone i was like "WTF are you serious" then i thought about walking to the lift maybe i see someone with it and it was leaning on the ski rack by the lift..also i love the bag because i hate to carry my tools in my pocket but i have rear entry bindings and it would be on the way

Great video, can't emphasize how important good socks are. Spend hundreds if not thousands on gear...wear $5 walmart socks? WTF. Also- I would recommend a small retractable cable lock for the board while in a rack. I don't trust anyone, so easy for your board to simply walk off. Had a buddy get his stolen while in Utah. $13 from DaKine.

Always thought the straps on the glove were annoying and never used them till I dropped my glove off the lift for the first time last year. Immediately went down to grab it and someone had already snagged it, thankfully they handed it off to the lift operator and I got it back.

Can you find someone who just got out a spinal injury cause my husband has a annular tear in the lower spine. He really misses going snowboarding but you might know him. His name is Dezwod he been following since day one when posting to KZbin. He has contacts with snowboard archive and snowboard pro camp. But no one seems to answer his question about who came off a similar injury and how they where able to get back on snowboard. Thanks 🙏🏼
